There are controversial results about the effects of these parameters on fetal growth. This study for the first time had investigated the serum levels of IGF-1, insulin and C-peptide simultaneously both in mothers with gestational diabetes and in their infants compared to healthy pregnant women and has determined their conflation with infant's weight. Methods: This analytical cross sectional study was conducted on 85 healthy and diabetic pregnant women hospitalized in Imam Reza hospital of Kermanshah, Iran in 2010-2011 at the time of delivery. Fasting blood samples were obtained from mothers and cord venous blood samples were obtained immediately after birth. The serum levels of IGF-1, insulin and C-peptide were determined by ELISA method. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney u and Pearson correlation coefficient tests. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: The serum levels of IGF-1 in diabetic mothers and in their infants was significantly correlated with infants birth weight (p=0.043, p=0.028). But other measured parameters in healthy and diabetic mothers were not significantly associated with birth weight. Conclusion: Serum level of IGF-1 in mothers with gestational diabetes and in their newborn is correlated to infant's birth weight.}, keywords = {Birth weight,C–Peptide,Diabetes/Gestational,Insulin,Insulin-Like Growth Factor I}, title_fa = {مقایسه غلظت انسولین، پپتید C و فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین 1 مادری و جنینی در زنان باردار سالم و مبتلا به دیابت بارداری و ارتباط آن ها با وزن تولد نوزاد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: غلظت سرمی انسولین، فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین و پپتید C بر رشد و نمو جنین تأثیر دارد. با توجه به مکانیسم‌های پیچیده کنترل رشد جنین، مطالعات متعددی در جهت شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر آن انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه غلظت سرمی انسولین، فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین 1 و پپتید C در سرم مادر و جنین در زنان باردار مبتلا به دیابت بارداری و سالم و بررسی ارتباط آن ها با وزن نوزاد انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی در سال 1390-1389 بر روی 85 زن باردار سالم و مبتلا به دیابت بارداری که جهت زایمان به بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) کرمانشاه مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. نمونه خون وریدی از مادران در حالت ناشتا و نمونه خون بند ناف نوزاد بلافاصله پس از تولد گرفته شد. جهت اندازه‌گیری قند خون، IGF-1، انسولین و پپتید C، نمونه‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری به آزمایشگاه فرستاده شدند. داده ها پس از گردآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل و یو من- ویتنی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میزان سطح سرمی IGF-1 مادر و نوزاد در گروه دیابتی با وزن هنگام تولد نوزاد ارتباط معناداری داشت (043/0=p، 028/0=p) ولی سایر پارامترهای اندازه گیری شده در گروه سالم و مادران دیابتی با وزن هنگام تولد نوزاد ارتباط معناداری نداشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: سطح سرمی IGF-1 در مادران با دیابت بارداری و نوزاد آنها با وزن هنگام تولد نوزاد ارتباط مستقیم دارد.    }, keywords_fa = {انسولین,پپتید C,دیابت بارداری,فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین 1,وزن نوزاد}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_2264.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_2264_a315fd1db87a1485410f56383ff0ba2c.pdf} }
