Anticardiolipin IgG and IgM levels were determined by ELISA method. Data were analyzed by SPSS (version 19) and Mann-Whitney test. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: In the present study, the mean IgM antibody titers in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia were 1.0±856.842 mg/L and in the control group 2.1±215.610 mg/L which was not significantly different between the two groups (P=0.531). Mean IgG antibody titers were also 2.1±468.163 mg/L in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia and 2.139±0.545 mg/L in the control group which was not significantly different between the two groups (P=0.345).Conclusion: In this study, no correlation was found between the levels of anti-cardiolipin antibody titers in pregnant women with preeclampsia compared with normal pregnant women.}, keywords = {anti-cardiolipin antibody,Preeclampsia,pregnancy}, title_fa = {مقایسه تیتر آنتی‌کاردیولیپین آنتی‌بادی در زنان باردار مبتلا به پره‌اکلامپسی و سالم: یک مطالعه مورد-شاهدی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع بالای پره‌اکلامپسی شدید و عوارض آن و گزارشات متناقضی که در مورد نقش آنتی‌بادی‌های آنتی‌فسفولیپید خصوصاً آنتی‌کاردیولیپین وجود داشت، مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تیتر آنتی‌کاردیولیپین آنتی‌بادی در زنان باردار مبتلا به پره‌اکلامپسی و گروه کنترل انجام شد.روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مورد- شاهدی، 220 زنان باردار در تریمستر سوم بارداری که در سال 1391 به بیمارستان علی ابن ابیطالب (ع) زاهدان مراجعه کردند، در دو گروه زنان باردار مبتلا به پره‌اکلامپسی و کنترل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. 4 سی‌سی نمونه خون از تمام زنان تحت مطالعه گرفته شد و در شرایط استاندارد برای بررسی های آزمایشگاهی به آزمایشگاه مربوطه فرستاده شد. سطح IgG و IgM آنتی کاردیولیپین به روش ELISA تعیین گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 19) و آزمون من‌ویتنی انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.یافته ها: در مطالعه حاضر میانگین تیتر آنتی کاردیولیپین آنتی بادی IgM در زنان باردار مبتلا به پره‌اکلامپسی شدید 842/0±856/1 و در گروه کنترل 610/1±215/2 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر بود که از نظر آماری اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری بین دو گروه وجود نداشت (531/0=p). میانگین تیتر آنتی کاردیولیپین آنتی بادی IgG نیز در زنان باردار مبتلا به پره‌اکلامپسی شدید 163/1±468/2 و در گروه کنترل 545/0±139/2 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر بود که از نظر آماری تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری نداشت (345/0=p).نتیجه گیری: در این مطالعه ارتباطی بین میزان تیتر آنتی کاردیولیپین آنتی بادی در زنان باردار مبتلا به پره‌اکلامپسی در مقایسه با زنان باردار طبیعی یافت نشد.}, keywords_fa = {آنتی کاردیولیپین آنتی بادی,بارداری,پره‌اکلامپسی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_21586.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_21586_11e95c4977871a0340dcfd3dd9d9e418.pdf} }
