Therefore, this study was performed with aim to evaluate the prevalence of aneuploidy in pregnancies with high-risk results of fetal screening methods. Methods: This cross-sectional (descriptive-analytic) study was performed on 1454 patients referred to perinatology clinic in Sabzevar. After obtaining demographic information, the prevalence of aneuploidy in high-risk pregnancies was recorded. Data were analyzed by SPSS (version 26) and Chi-square and Fisher's exact tests. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Based on amniocentesis and CVS test results, it was found that 1369 patients (94.2%) had normal, 41 (2.8%) had trisomy 21, 25 (1.7%) had Turner-Kleinfelter, 11 (0.8%) had trisomy 18, 2 (0.1%) had Trisomy 13 and finally 6 (0.4%) had other cases. There was a significant relationship between high-risk pregnancy tests and the presence of anaploidy (P <0.05). This means that screening tests have been able to optimally identify cases of aneuploidy. Only this relationship between high-risk test for trisomy 13 and genetic results was not significant (P=0.43). Conclusion: Although normal cases are high in high risk individuals, but if a disorder be observed in screening, amniocentesis and CVS should be performed because especially in increased NT and nasal bone hypoplasia and in cases with high risk of trisomy 21 and 18, more accurate tests should be performed to prevent the birth of children with genetic defects by early diagnosis.}, keywords = {Anoploidy,fetal screening,pregnancy}, title_fa = {بررسی میزان شیوع آنوپلوئیدی‌ها در حاملگی‌ها با نتیجه پرخطر غربالگری جنین در کلینیک پریناتالوژی سبزوار در سال‌های 98-1395}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: غربالگری صحیح و بادقت ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی و بیماری‌های ژنتیکی، سبب کاهش تولد نوزادان دارای اختلال شده و بررسی دقت تشخیصی تست‌های انجام شده امری ضروری است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان شیوع آنوپلوئیدی‌ها در حاملگی‌های با نتیجه پرخطر غربالگری جنین انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی- تحلیلی) در سال‌های 98-1395 بر روی 1454 نفر از مراجعین به کلینیک پریناتولوژی سبزوار انجام گرفت. پس از اخذ ثبت اطلاعات دموگرافیک، شیوع آنوپلوئیدی ها در حاملگی‌های با نتیجه پرخطر ثبت شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (v.26) و آزمون‌های کای دو و دقیق فیشر انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در بررسی نتیجه تست بر اساس آمنیوسنتز و CVS، 1369 نفر (2/94%) نرمال، 41 نفر (8/2%) دارای تریزومی 21، 25 نفر (7/1%) دارای ترنر-کلاینفلتر، 11 نفر (8/0%) دارای تریزومی 18، 2 نفر (1/0%) دارای تریزومی 13 و در نهایت 6 نفر (4/0%) دارای سایر موارد بودند. بین تستهای پرخطر بارداری و وجود آنوپلوئیدی ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت (05/0>p)؛ بدین‌معنا که تستهای غربالگری توانسته‌اند به‌طور مطلوبی موارد آنوپلوئیدی را شناسایی نمایند. تنها این ارتباط بین تست پرخطر از نظر تریزومی 13 و نتایج ژنتیک معنادار نبود (43/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: هرچند موارد نرمال در افراد پرریسک بالا می‌باشد، اما در صورتی که در غربالگری اختلالی مشاهده شود، باید آمنیوسنتز و CVS صورت گیرد؛ چراکه به‌خصوص در افزایش NT و هیپوپلازی استخوان بینی و در موارد با خطر بالای تریزومی 21 و 18، باید تست‌های دقیق‌تری صورت گیرد تا بتوان با تشخیص به‌موقع، از تولد کودکان دارای نقایص ژنتیکی جلوگیری کرد.}, keywords_fa = {آنوپلوئیدی,حاملگی,غربالگری جنین}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_21576.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_21576_9519d9fd88fa269321f43c13154c0827.pdf} }
