The present study was performed aimed to evaluate and compare Pap smear and colposcopy findings as cervical cancer screening methods in patients reffered to Amir Al-Momenin hospital of Semnan.Methods: In this cross-sectional and retrospective study, liquid-based Pap smear and colposcopy results of 200 colposcopiy candidates referred to the clinic of Amir Al-Momenin Hospital were studied in 2016-2018. In this study, all patients who had undergone colposcopy for various reasons and also had done Pap smear were examined. The data of each patient were recorded in a researcher-designed checklist. The checklist consisted of demographic and main data sections. The abnormalities in Pap smears included pre-invasive and invasive positive cervical lesions. The abnormalities in colposcopy included pre-invasive and invasive positive cervical lesions. Data were analyzed by SPSS (version 23) and independent t-test, chi-square, or Fisher's test. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: From 200 patients, 40 cases (20%) showed positive Pap smear. Also, colposcopy results showed that 17 patients (8.5%) had positive findings. There were signficant differences in the frequency of positive and negative results of Pap smear and colposcopy in patients with symptoms of post coital bleeding (P=0.021), intermenstrual bleeding between periods (P=0.035), vaginal discharge (P=0.009), and pelvic pain (P = 0.011). Conclusion: The non-positive results of Pap smear in positive cases of colposcopy emphasizes the quality control of Pap smear procedures and indicates the need to use colposcopy in suspicious cases. Direct colposcopy is recommended in case of warning signs such as post coital bleeding and abnormal discharge.}, keywords = {Cervical Cancer,Colposcopy,Pap smear}, title_fa = {بررسی مقایسه‌ای یافته‌های کولپوسکوپی سرویکس با پاپ‌اسمیر در بیماران کاندید کولپوسکوپی مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین (ع) سمنان طی سال‌های 97-1395}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سرطان سرویکس، یکی از علل شایع مرگ‌ومیر ناشی از سرطان در زنان است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی و مقایسه یافته‌های پاپ اسمیر و کولپوسکوپی به‌عنوان روش‌های غربالگری سرطان سرویکس در بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین (ع) سمنان انجام شد.روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی و گذشته‌‌نگر، نتایج پاپ‌اسمیر مبتنی بر مایع و کولپوسکوپی 200 بیمار کاندید کولپوسکوپی مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین از سال 97-1395 بررسی شد. در این مطالعه تمام بیمارانی که به‌دلایل مختلف کاندید کولپوسکوپی شده بودند و در عین حال پاپ اسمیر نیز برای آنها انجام شده بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده‌های هر بیمار در چک‌لیست محقق ساخته وارد شد. چک‌لیست شامل قسمت های دموگرافیک و داده های اصلی بود. در پاپ اسمیر موارد غیرطبیعی شامل: ضایعات پیش‌تهاجمی و تهاجمی سرویکس مثبت و در کولپوسکوپی موارد غیرطبیعی شامل: ضایعات پیش‌تهاجمی و تهاجمی سرویکس مثبت در نظر گرفته شد. تجزیه و داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS (نسخه 23) و آزمون‌های تی مستقل، کای دو یا فیشر انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.یافته ها: از 200 بیمار، 40 نفر (20%) دارای نتیجه مثبت پاپ اسمیر بودند. همچنین نتایج کولپوسکوپی نشان داد که 17 بیمار (5/8%) یافته های مثبت داشته‌اند. فراوانی یافته‌های مثبت و منفی در پاپ‌اسمیر و کولپوسکوپی در بیماران با علائم خون‌ریزی بعد از مقاربت (021/0=p)، خون‌ریزی بین عادات ماهانه (035/0=p)، ترشحات واژینال (009/0=p) و درد لگنی (011/0=p) تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت.نتیجه گیری: مثبت نبودن نتایح پاپ‌اسمیر در موارد مثبت کولپوسکوپی، بر کنترل کیفی مراحل پاپ‌اسمیر تأکید دارد و لزوم استفاده از کولپوسکوپی در موارد مشکوک را بیان میدارد. انجام کولپوسکوپی در موارد علائم هشدار دهنده نظیر خون‌ریزی بعد از مقاربت و ترشحات واژینال غیرطبیعی توصیه می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {پاپ‌اسمیر,سرطان سرویکس,کولپوسکوپی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_21370.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_21370_ecc1ae8d28a8d2a158477a41df76d371.pdf} }
