The side effects of chemical drugs have led to the tendency to use herbal medicines to reduce postpartum pain. This study was performed with aim to investigate the effect of Saliva hydrangea capsule on postpartum pain. Methods: This double-blind randomized clinical trial study was performed in 2018 on 100 mothers that 2 hours had passed from their normal vaginal delivery and had severity of moderate to severe postpartum pain based on visual pain scale (VAS). The women were randomly assigned in two groups: Saliva hydrangea+mefenamic acid and placebo+mefenamic acid. The capsules were used every 6 hours. The intensity and duration of pain were recorded before and one hour after the intervention by VAS. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 21) and independent- t and paired t-test, Mann-Whitney U test and repeated measures. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:After the end of the intervention, the mean of pain score in Saliva hydrangea group (0.32 ± 0.12) was significantly lower than placebo group (0.92 ± 3.60) (p <0.05). Pain relief time interval in the intervention group after the first dose (0.25 ± 1.36) and after the final dose (0.48 ± 1.30) significantly decreased compared to the placebo group after the first dose (0.81 ± 3.27) and after the final dose (0.88 ± 3.62) (p <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Saliva hydrangea and mefenamic acid is more effective on the severity of postpartum pain and the time required to relieve pain compared to mefenamic acid alone, and as a herbal drug can decrease the severity of postpartum pain.}, keywords = {Mefenamic Acid,Pain,postnatal care,Saliva hydrangea}, title_fa = {تعیین اثر گل اروانه و مفنامیک اسید بر پس‌درد زایمان؛ کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پس‌درد، از مشکلات شایع بعد از زایمان است که پیامدهای نامطلوبی برای مادر و نوزاد دارد. عوارض داروهای شیمیایی موجب تمایل به مصرف داروهای گیاهی جهت کاهش پس‌درد شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر کپسول گل اروانه بر پس‌درد زایمان انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی دوسوکور در سال ۱۳۹۷ بر روی 100 مادر که 2 ساعت از زایمان طبیعی آنها گذشته بود و بر اساس مقیاس دیداری درد، شدت پس‌درد متوسط تا شدید داشتند، انجام شد. زنان با تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه مصرف‌کننده گل اروانه و مفنامیک اسید (مداخله) و دارونما و مفنامیک اسید (کنترل) قرار گرفتند. کپسول‌ها هر 6 ساعت تا 24 ساعت مصرف شد. شدت و مدت درد قبل و 1 ساعت پس از هر بار مداخله توسط خط‌کش درد اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 21) و آزمون‌های تی مستقل، تی زوجی، من‌ویتنی و تکرار متواتر انجام گرفت. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: پس از پایان مداخله میانگین نمره درد در گروه گل اروانه (12/0±32/0) نسبت به گروه دارونما (60/3±92/0) به‌طور معناداری کمتر بود (05/0>p). فاصله زمانی تسکین درد در گروه مداخله پس از دوز اول (36/1±25/0) و دوز نهایی (30/1±48/0) نسبت به گروه دارونما پس از دوز اول (27/3±81/0) و دوز نهایی (62/3±88/0) به‌طور معناداری کاهش یافته بود (05/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری: ترکیب گل اروانه و مفنامیک اسید در مقایسه با مفنامیک اسید به‌تنهایی بر شدت پس‌درد زایمان و مدت زمان لازم برای تسکین درد مؤثرتر بوده و می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک داروی گیاهی، شدت پس‌درد زایمان را کاهش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {درد,گل اروانه,مراقبت پس از زایمان,مفنامیک اسید}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_19541.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_19541_620fdc42cf5f477a2ab2b71d84ed73a3.pdf} }
