The aim of this study is to compare pre-eclampsia risk factors in mild and severe types. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 498 pregnant women (330 normal pregnant and 168 pre-eclamptic pregnant women) in 2012. Data were collected by a form through face to face interview and medical records. Variables were age, Body Mass Index (BMI), parity, place of inhabitants, occupation, blood groups and RH, maternal diseases, Familial marriages, multiple pregnancy, fetal gender, previous history of pre-eclampsia and current urinary tract infection. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 16), t-test, ANOVA, tukey post-hoc, chi-square tests and logistic regression analysis. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: Pre-eclamptic pregnant women were older with higher BMI than normal ones. Majority of pre-eclamptic patients had negative RH. Results showed significant differences between pre-eclampsia and age, BMI, history of abortion, RH, history of pre-eclampsia and chronic hypertension. After chronic hypertension, respectively, negative RH and history of abortion could elevate the risk of mild pre-eclampsia. BMI could only elevate the risk of mild pre-eclampsia. Negative RH and history of preeclampsia increased the risk of severe preeclampsia. Furthermore; multiparity had a preventive effect on mild and severe types of pre-eclampsia. Conclusion: Chronic hypertension, history of abortion and BMI are the independent risk factors of mild pre-eclampsia and history of pre-eclampsia is the only risk factor of severe type. Negative RH is the common risk factor for mild and severe types.    }, keywords = {Keywords: Hypertension,Pre-eclampsia,Pregnancy/High-Risk,Proteinuria,Risk factors}, title_fa = {مقایسه عوامل خطر پره اکلامپسی به تفکیک شدت آن در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان الزهرا شهر رشت طی سال 1391}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: تظاهرات بالینی، پیامدهای مادری و جنینی و عود بیماری در پره ‌اکلامپسی خفیف و شدید متفاوت است و این منجر به ایجاد این دیدگاه شده که ممکن است پاتوژنز و عوامل خطر انواع پره ‌اکلامپسی متفاوت باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه عوامل خطر پره اکلامپسی خفیف و شدید انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1391 بر روی 498 زن باردار (330 زن باردار سالم و 168 زن باردار مبتلا به پره اکلامپسی) انجام شد. فرم گردآوری داده ها به روش مصاحبه چهره به چهره و استفاده از پرونده تکمیل شد و متغیرهای مورد بررسی سن مادر، شاخص توده بدنی، پاریتی، محل سکونت، شغل، گروه خون و RH مادر، بیماری زمینه ای مادر، ازدواج فامیلی، دوقلویی، جنسیت جنین، سابقه قبلی پره اکلامپسی و عفونت ادراری در بارداری فعلی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های آماری تی تست، آنووا، آزمون تعقیبی توکی، کای اسکوئر و مدل رگرسیون لوجستیک انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: زنان باردار مبتلا به پره اکلامپسی در مقایسه با زنان سالم، مسن تر و دارای شاخص توده بدنی بالاتری بودند. اکثر افراد گروه پره اکلامپسی، RH منفی بودند. بین پره اکلامپسی و متغیرهای سن، شاخص توده بدنی، سابقه سقط، RH، سابقه پره اکلامپسی و فشار خون مزمن ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت. به ترتیب بعد از فشار خون مزمن، RH منفی و سابقه سقط، احتمال ابتلاء به پره اکلامپسی خفیف را افزایش می داد. شاخص توده بدنی فقط خطر ابتلاء به پره اکلامپسی خفیف را اندکی افزایش داد. مهمترین متغیرهایی که احتمال ابتلاء به پره اکلامپسی شدید را افزایش دادند، RH منفی و سابقه پره اکلامپسی بودند. مولتی پار بودن در برابر خطر بروز پره اکلامپسی خفیف و شدید، اثر حفاظتی داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل خطر مستقل برای پره اکلامپسی خفیف، فشار خون مزمن، سابقه سقط، شاخص توده بدنی و برای پره اکلامپسی شدید، فقط سابقه پره اکلامپسی است. RH منفی، تنها عامل خطر مشترک پره اکلامپسی خفیف و شدید است که قدرت ارتباط آن با این دو نوع پره اکلامپسی، متفاوت است.  }, keywords_fa = {بارداری پرخطر,پروتئینوری,پره اکلامپسی,عوامل خطر,فشار خون بالا}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_1921.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_1921_ea692e7edee5fbda6bbdffd36d64554f.pdf} }
