The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of skin to skin contact, immediately after delivery on mother-infant attachment and anxiety regarding infant. Methods: This Randomized controlled trial was conducted on 114 primigravid mothers who referred to Om-ol-banin hospital of Mashhad, Iran in 2008. The Participants were divided into two groups, skin to skin contact and usual care groups. In skin-to-skin contact group, naked infants were placed chest to chest position immediately after delivery on skin contact with their mothers. In usual care group, infants were placed under radiant heater after delivery. Maternal and infants data were collected using questionnaire. Two groups followed up at end of the neonatal period to assess mother-infant attachment and anxiety regarding infant. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 14, Chi square, independent t-tests and Mann-Whitney tests. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: 92 mother-infant dyads completed the study. The mean of maternal attachment in skin to skin contact group was significantly higher than the usual care group (51.17±3.88 vs. 49.19±4.56, (p=0.02)) and mean of anxiety regarding infant in skin to skin contact group was significantly lower than the usual care group (28.2±3.32 vs. 26.07±4.16, (p=0.03). Conclusion: Mother-infant skin to skin contact increase maternal attachment and reduce anxiety regarding infant.  }, keywords = {Anxiety,attachment,Contact,Infant,mothers}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر تماس پوستی مادر و نوزاد بلافاصله پس از زایمان بر دلبستگی مادری و اضطراب مربوط به نوزاد: کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: اولین ساعات تولد، یک دوره بحرانی برای شکل گیری دلبستگی مادر و نوزاد و کاهش اضطراب مربوط به نوزاد است و جداسازی مادر و نوزاد در این زمان، منجر به اثرات نامطلوبی می شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر تماس پوستی مادر و نوزاد بلافاصله پس از زایمان بر دلبستگی مادری و اضطراب مربوط به نوزاد انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی در سال 1387 بر روی 114 مادر نخست باردار مراجعه کننده جهت زایمان به زایشگاه بیمارستان ام البنین (س) مشهد انجام شد. افراد به دو گروه مراقبت با تماس پوستی و مراقبت معمول تقسیم شدند. در گروه تماس پوستی، نوزاد بلافاصله پس از زایمان، بدون پوشش، به صورت سینه به سینه در تماس پوستی با مادرش قرار می گرفت. در گروه مراقبت معمول، نوزاد بلافاصله پس از زایمان، به زیر گرم کننده تابشی منتقل می شد. اطلاعات مربوط به مادر و نوزاد با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد و دو گروه تا پایان دوره نوزادی جهت ارزیابی میزان دلبستگی مادر و نوزاد و اضطراب مربوط به نوزاد مورد پیگیری قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS (نسخه 14) و آزمون های کای دو، تی مستقل و من ویتنی انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: 92 زوج مطالعه را به پایان رساندند. در گروه تماس پوستی نسبت به گروه مراقبت معمول، میزان دلبستگی مادری به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت (88/3±17/51 در مقابل 56/4±19/49، 02/0=p) و میزان اضطراب مربوط به نوزاد کاهش یافته بود (32/3±2/28 در مقابل 16/4±07/26، 03/0=p). نتیجه گیری: تماس پوستی مادر و نوزاد، میزان دلبستگی مادری را افزایش و میزان اضطراب مربوط به نوزاد را کاهش می دهد.  }, keywords_fa = {اضطراب,تماس,دلبستگی,مادر,نوزاد}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_1906.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_1906_aa11bd3e452e642aa1b9c38bc798de1a.pdf} }
