Involving people in treatment programs such as self-care interventions has been associated with beneficial results. This study was performed with aim to evaluate the effects of water exercise training on motor symptoms and physical pains in postmenopausal women with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: This randomized clinical trial study was performed with participation of 42 women in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 2019. After random assignment of the subjects to the intervention and control groups, the intervention group performed simple water exercises for 12 sessions (50 minutes each session). Data were collected using Knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 20) and Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Fisher exact, Chi-square and independent t-test. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The mean total score of osteoarthritis in the intervention group before the intervention was 121.15 ± 12.90 and in the control group was 129.19 ±11.49, which was not significantly different (p= 0.209), but after receiving the intervention, statistically significant difference was observed between the intervention group (74.81 ± 5.55) and the control group (127.12 ± 11.89) (p= 0.0001). Conclusion: Simple water exercises improve physical pain and osteoarthritis symptoms in postmenopausal women.}, keywords = {Menopause,Osteoarthritis,Physical pain,Water Sports}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات تمرینات ورزشی در آب بر علائم حرکتی و دردهای فیزیکی زنان یائسه شده مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: یائسگی، یکی از عوامل خطر ابتلاء به استئوآرتریت زانو است که موجب متحمل شدن عوارضی همچون درد و محدودیت حرکتی می‌شود. مشارکت افراد در برنامه‌های درمانی همچون مداخلات خودمراقبتی با نتایج مفیدی همراه بوده است؛ مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات تمرینات ورزشی در آب بر علائم حرکتی و دردهای فیزیکی زنان یائسه شده مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده در سال 1398 با مشارکت 42 شرکت‌کننده در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام شد. پس از تخصیص تصادفی افراد به گروه‌های مداخله و کنترل، گروه مداخله به میزان 12 جلسه (هر جلسه 50 دقیقه) ورزش‌های ساده را در آب انجام دادند. اطلاعات موجود بر اساس پرسشنامه شدت استئوآرتریت زانو جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمون‌های کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، دقیق فیشر، کای دو و تی مستقل انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین کل نمره استئوآرتریت شرکت‌کنندگان گروه مداخله قبل از دریافت مداخله 90/12±15/121 و گروه کنترل 49/11±19/129 بود که از نظر آماری اختلاف آماری معناداری نداشت (209/0=p)؛ اما پس از دریافت مداخله، اختلاف آماری معناداری بین گروه مداخله (55/5±81/74) و کنترل (89/11±12/127) مشاهده شد (001/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: انجام ورزش‌های ساده در آب موجب بهبود دردهای فیزیکی و علائم استئوآرتریت در زنان یائسه می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {استئوآرتریت,دردهای فیزیکی,ورزش‌های آبی,یائسگی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_17991.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_17991_f67980761d53749693738e543ed586c3.pdf} }
