Stretching exercise can be effective in treating this syndrome that there is consensus in the type of exercise; therefore, this study was performed with aim to investigate the effects of eight weeks of stretching exercise on upper cross syndrome in mastectomized women. Methods: This randomized controlled clinical trial study was performed in 2018 on 30 women after mastectomy in Imam Reza Hospital. The subjects were divided into two groups of intervention (performing 24-hour stretching sessions) and control (without any intervention). Frontal, kyphosis, shoulder, and pain angles were measured before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 20) and the ANCOVA and T-test. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Intervention led to positive and significant effects in the variables of kyphosis (P=0.003 -Control group=39.01±03.41- Intervention group=43.51±03.90), head forward (P=0.041-Control group=32.13±03.25- Intervention group=29.91±02.98) and pain (P=0.00001-Control group=65.02±11.93- Intervention group=30.14±06.13) between the two groups. According to the results of ANCOVA, there was a significant difference between the two groups in kyphosis angle (P=0.003), head forward angle (P=0.019) and pain (P=0.003) after exercise. Conclusion: The variables of pain, head angle and kyphosis, which are disabling variables following upper transverse syndrome, were improved by eight weeks of stretching exercises, and the intervention in this study could be useful.}, keywords = {Crossover Syndrome,Mastectomy,Pain,Rehabilitation}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین کششی بر درد و مشکلات کمربند شانه‌ای در زنان ماستکتومی شده: کارآزمایی بالینی شاهددار تصادفی شده}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: برداشتن بافت پستان (ماستکتومی) به‌دنبال آسیب به اعصاب ناحیه قفسه سینه و همچنین پوزیشن طولانی‌مدت نامناسب در طی جراحی، منجر به مشکلات کمربند شانه‌ای می‌گردد. حرکات کششی می‌تواند در بهبود این مشکل مؤثر واقع شود که در نوع این تمرینات اتفاق نظر وجود دارد؛ مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر 8 هفته تمرین کششی بر مشکلات کمربند شانه‌ایدر زنان ماستکتومی شدهانجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی شاهددار تصادفی شده در سال 1397 بر روی 30 زن پس از ماستکتومی در بیمارستان امام رضا تبریز انجام شد. افراد پس از تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله (انجام 24 جلسه یک ساعته حرکات کششی) و کنترل (بدون هیچ مداخله‌ای) قرار گرفتند. زوایای سر به جلو، کیفوز شانه و درد قبل و بعد از مداخله اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمون‌هایتی تست و تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: مداخله منجر به اثرات مثبت و معنادار در متغیرهای کیفوز (003/0=p، گروه شاهد= 41/03±01/39، گروه مداخله= 90/03±51/43)، سر به جلو (041/0=p، گروه شاهد= 25/03±13/32، گروه مداخله= 98/02±91/29) و درد (001/0=p، گروه شاهد= 93/11±02/65، گروه مداخله= 13/6±14/30) بین دو گروه شد. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس، اختلاف معناداری بین دو گروه در زاویه کایفوز (003/0=p)، زاویه سر به جلو (019/0=p) و درد (003/0=p) پس از تمرین وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: متغیرهای درد، زاویه سر و کیفوزیس که از متغیرهای ناتوان‌کننده به‌دنبال مشکلات کمربند شانه‌ای هستند، به‌دنبال 8 هفته تمرینات کششی با بهبود همراه شدند و مداخله موبوطه در این مطالعه توانست مفید واقع شود.}, keywords_fa = {توانبخشی,درد,کمربند شانه‌ای,ماستکتومی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_17370.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_17370_972ca7bba01e3bf16f7c6bb06776f5b8.pdf} }
