Cervical cancer is the fourth common cause of cancer death in women and in more than 90% is associated with a persistent infection with one of the High-Risk HPV types. This study was performed with aim to determine HPV genotypes in DNAs extracted from tissue samples of people suspected to HPV infection. Methods: In this cross-sectional epidemiological study, 201 tissue samples were obtained from people suspected to HPV infection that had referred to Dr. Mozaffari pathobiology laboratory for diagnosis in Tabriz  from 2016-2019. Viral DNA was extracted using high pure viral nucleic acid extraction kit and genotyping was studied using HPV Direct Flow CHIP Kit. Data were analyzed by Excel software. Results: Viral DNA amplification was observed in 45 samples (73%) and considered as HPV-positive. Among them, 8 samples (6%) were infected by high-risk types, 36 samples (34%) by both high & low-risk types and 56 samples (60%) by low-risk types. HPV types 6, 11 and 43 with frequency f 107, 23 and 10, respectively out of 145 people were identified as the most common low-risk types and HPV-18, 39 and 16 with frequency of 23, 11 and 10, respectively were identified as the common high-risk types. Most of the infected women were in the age range of 25-35 years and the age range for men was 35-40 years. Conclusion: This study showed that determining the genotypes of HPV is considered as an important step in the management of HPV-infected people, especially people with persistent infection by High-risk types.}, keywords = {Direct Flow Chip Kit,Genotype,Human papillomavirus,Prevalence}, title_fa = {مطالعه ژنوتیپهای شایع ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی در جمعیت آذربایجان شرقی با استفاده از کیت HPV Direct Flow CHIP}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی (HVP) از شایع‌ترین آلودگیهای منتقله از راه جنسی و عامل اصلی سرطانهای دستگاه ادراری تناسلی میباشد. سرطان سرویکس، چهارمین عامل مرگ سرطانی در زنان بوده و در بیش از 90% با آلودگی پایدار توسط یکی از تیپهای پرخطر ویروس همراه است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ژنوتیپهای HPV در DNAهای استخراج شده از نمونههای افراد مشکوک به آلودگیHPV انجام شد. روش‌‌کار: در این مطالعه اپیدمیولوژیکی مقطعی 201 نمونه بافتی از افراد مشکوک به ابتلاء به HPV که در بازه زمانی سال‌های 98-1395 جهت تشخیص به آزمایشگاه پاتوبیولوژی دکتر مظفری شهر تبریز مراجعه کرده بودند، به‌دست آمد. استخراج DNA با استفاده از کیت high pure viral nucleic acid extraction kit انجام و ژنوتیپهای ویروس با استفاده از کیت HPV Direct Flow CHIP تعیین شدند. آنالیز آماری نتایج با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Excel انجام شد. یافته‌ها: تکثیر DNA ویروسی در 45 نفر (73%) از نمونهها مشاهده و به‌عنوان HPV مثبت در نظر گرفته شدند. در میان آنها، 8 نفر (6%) آلودگی تیپهای پرخطر، 36 نفر (34%) آلودگی هر دو تیپ کمخطر و پرخطر و 56 نفر (60%) آلودگی تیپ کمخطر را نشان دادند. تیپهای 6، 11 و 43 به‌ترتیب با فراوانی 107، 23 و 10 از 145 نفر به‌عنوان تیپهای شایع کمخطر و تیپهای 18، 39 و 16 با تعداد 23، 11 و 10 به‌عنوان تیپهای شایع پرخطر در این مطالعه شناسایی شدند. بیشترین تعداد زنان آلوده در بازه سنی 35-25 و مردان در بازه سنی 40-35 سال قرار داشتند. نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که تعیین ژنوتیپهای ویروس به‌عنوان یک قدم مهم در مدیریت افراد آلوده با ویروس، به ویژه آلودگی پایدار با یکی از تیپهای پرخطر HPV تلقی میشود.}, keywords_fa = {ژنوتیپ,شیوع,کیتHPV Direct Flow CHIP,ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_16610.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_16610_1b2260294d6941b589b8f0eb7e3c4855.pdf} }
