Since promotion of midwives' clinical competence through efficient training system with modern educational methods is very important and necessary, therefore, this study was performed with aim to compare the effect of standardized patient-based training and feedback lecture on midwives' clinical competence in counseling of fetal abnormality screening. Methods: This interventional randomized clinical trial was conducted on 67 licensed midwives in Mashhad in 2018. The subjects were divided into two groups of standardized patient-based training groups and feedback lecture. After doing the pre-test, a 4-hour training program was conducted for each group, and midwives' clinical competence was assessed two weeks after training, using a questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire of clinical competency assessment. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 16) and using independent t-test, paired t-test, Mann-Whitney and Chi-square tests. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Changes in mean score of clinical competency 2 weeks after the intervention were significant in both groups (p <0.001).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the mean score of clinical competence before the intervention (p = 0.711) and 2 weeks after the intervention (p = 0.412).   Conclusion: Both methods of standardized patient-based teaching and feedback lecture is effective on promotion of midwives' clinical competence in fetal abnormality screening counseling. }, keywords = {Clinical competence,Counseling,Feedback lecture,Fetal abnormality screening,Standardized patient}, title_fa = {مقایسه تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر بیمار استاندارد شده و سخنرانی با بازخورد بر صلاحیت بالینی ماماها در مشاوره غربالگری ناهنجاری‌های جنینی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: مشاوره غربالگری ناهنجاری جنینی، از جمله وظایف ماماها طبق دستورالعمل غربالگری ناهنجاری‌های جنینی می‌باشد. از‌ آنجایی ‌که ارتقاء صلاحیت بالینی ماماها از طریق سیستم آموزش کارآمد با روش‌های نوین آموزشی بسیار مورد توجه و ضروری است؛ لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر بیمار استاندارد شده و سخنرانی با بازخورد بر صلاحیت بالینی ماماها در مشاوره غربالگری ناهنجاری‌های جنینی انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مداخله‌ای از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده در سال 1397 بر روی 67 نفر از ماماهای دارای پروانه در مشهد انجام شد. افراد به دو گروه آموزشی مبتنی بر بیمار استاندارد شده و سخنرانی با بازخورد تخصیص یافتند. بعد از انجام پیش‌آزمون، یک برنامه آموزشی 4 ساعته برای هر گروه برگزار شد و صلاحیت بالینی ماماها 2 هفته بعد از آموزش با پرسشنامه و چک‌لیست پژوهشگر ساخته سنجش صلاحیت بالینی ارزیابی گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون‌های تی مستقل، تی زوجی، من‌ویتنی و کای اسکوئر دقیق انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: تغییرات میانگین نمره کل صلاحیت بالینی 2 هفته پس از مداخله در مقایسه با قبل از مداخله در هر دو گروه معنی‌دار بود (001/0>p). میانگین نمره کل صلاحیت بالینی قبل از مداخله (711/0=p) و 2 هفته پس از مداخله (412/0=p) در دو گروه اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: هر دو روش آموزشی مبتنی بر بیمار استاندارد شده و سخنرانی با بازخورد در ارتقاء صلاحیت بالینی ماماها در مشاوره غربالگری ناهنجاری‌های جنین مؤثر است.}, keywords_fa = {بیمار استاندارد شده,سخنرانی با بازخورد,صلاحیت بالینی,غربالگری ناهنجاری‌های جنین,مشاوره}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_15556.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_15556_e3e5b2c2752a21ffef8b3696c6c0043f.pdf} }
