Therefore, this study was performed with aim to determine the relationship between BMI and chronic pain after breast surgery in women with breast cancer. Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was conducted on 170 patients who had inclusion criteria in Tabriz hospitals from 2017 to 2018. VAS checklist was used to measure the intensity of postoperative chronic pain over six months and a checklist of chronic risk factors affecting chronic pain for research purposes. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 22) and Independent t-test, ANOVA, Chi-square and Fisher tests. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The results indicated that chronic pain at all levels was associated with increased BMI, so that with increasing BMI, the chronic pain was also increased (P <0.001) Conclusion: High BMI can be a risk factor for chronic pain after breast cancer surgery and attention to this index can be helpful in predicting chronic pain}, keywords = {BMI,Breast Cancer,Chronic pain}, title_fa = {ارتباط شاخص توده بدنی با درد مزمن پس از جراحی پستان در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: آگاهی از شیوع درد مزمن پس از جراحی سرطان پستان و فاکتور‌های احتمالی مؤثر در تداوم درد پس از درمان سرطان پستان، در پیش‌گیری از این درد جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان ضروری است. از این‌رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط شاخص توده بدنی با درد مزمن پس از جراحی پستان در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی در طول سال‌های 97-1396 بر روی 170 بیمار دارای شرایط ورود به مطالعه در بیمارستان‌های سطح شهر تبریز انجام شد. از چک‌لیست VAS جهت سنجش شدت درد مزمن پس از جراحی در یک دوره 6 ماهه پس از جراحی و همچنین چک‌لیست عوامل خطر‌ساز و مؤثر بر درد مزمن جهت اهداف پژوهش استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 22) و آزمون‌های آزمون تی مستقل، آنووا، کای اسکوئر و فیشر انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از ارتباط درد مزمن در تمامی درجات با افزایش میزان شاخص توده بدنی بود؛ به‌طوری‌که با افزایش میزان شاخص توده بدنی، درد مزمن افراد نیز شدیدتر می‌شد (001/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری: شاخص توده بدنی بالا می‌تواند یکی از عوامل خطر درد مزمن پس از جراحی سرطان پستان باشد و توجه به این شاخص می‌تواند در پیش‌بینی درد مزمن کمک‌کننده باشد.}, keywords_fa = {درد مزمن,سرطان پستان,شاخص توده بدنی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_13915.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_13915_5eefab36b15641ed56ff1fd1d1b212a2.pdf} }
