The silver nanoparticles with anti-inflammatory mechanism may be useful in reducing pain. Therefore, this study was performed with aim to determine the effect of silver nanoparticles (Nivasha ) spray on the intensity of cesarean wound pain. Methods: This triple-blind randomized controlled clinical trial was performed on 92 women with cesarean section in Mashhad Omolbanin educational hospital in 2017. Research units were randomly assigned in 3 groups. In two groups, Nyvasha and placebo spray was used on the caesarian wound twice a day for 10 consecutive days and each time 3 puffs; the control group didn’t receive any drug. The intensity of pain was measured 20-28 hours after cesarean section and on the 5th and 10th days after it by Visual Analogue Scale. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 16) and Chi-square test and Kruskal Wallis test. P ˂ 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: After the intervention, the mean of pain intensity on day 5 in the silver nanoparticles, placebo, and control groups were 2.2 ± 1.1, 4.8 ± 1.3, 4.7±1.3 and on day 10 in the silver nanoparticles, placebo and control groups were 0.1 ± 0.4, 2.4 ± 1.5 and 2.0 ± 1.6, respectively. There was statistically significant difference in the pain intensity reduction in the silver nanoparticles group compared to the other two groups (P<0.001), however there was no significant difference between placebo and control group on day 5 (P = 0.84) and on day 10 (P = 0.37). Conclusion: Regarding the decrease in the intensity of cesarean section pain after the intervention, spray silver nanoparticles (Nivasha) is recommended as a suitable drug for reducing post-cesarean section pain in mothers.}, keywords = {Cesarean section,Nanoparticles,Pain}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر اسپری نانوذرات نقره (نیواشا) بر شدت درد زخم سزارین کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سزارین، یکی از شایعترین اعمال جراحی زنان و درد، یکی از مشکلات شایع پس از آن میباشد. نانوذرات نقره با مکانیسم ضد‌التهابی ممکن است در کاهش درد مفید باشد؛ لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر اسپری نانوذرات نقره (نیواشا) بر شدت درد زخم سزارین انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی شاهددار تصادفی شده سه‌سوکور در سال 1396 بر روی 92 زن سزارین شده در بیمارستان آموزشی امالبنین (س) مشهد انجام شد. افراد با تخصیص تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند.در دو گروه اسپری نانوذرات نقره (نیواشا) و دارونما، اسپری روی زخم سزارین به مدت 10 روز متوالی و دو بار در روز و هر بار 3 پاف تجویز شد، گروه کنترل هیچ دارویی دریافت نکردند. شدت درد زخم 28-20 ساعت پس از سزارین، روز پنجم و دهم پس از سزارین به‌وسیله مقیاس دیداری درد ارزیابی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون‌های کای دو و کروسکال والیس انجام شد. میزانp  کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: پس از مداخله میانگین شدت درد زخم، در روز پنجم در گروه نانوذرات نقره، پلاسبو و گروه کنترل به‌ترتیب 1/1±2/2، 3/1±8/4 و 3/1±7/4 و در روز دهم در گروه نانوذرات نقره، دارونما و گروه کنترل به‌ترتیب 4/0±1/0، 5/1±4/2 و 6/1±0/2 بود که اختلاف آماری معناداری در جهت کاهش شدت درد در گروه نانوذرات نقره نسبت به دو گروه دیگر مشاهده شد (001/0p<)، اما بین گروه دارونما و گروه کنترل در روز پنجم (84/0=p) و دهم (37/0=p) اختلاف آماری معناداری وجود نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به کاهش شدت درد زخم سزارین پس از مداخله، اسپری نانوذرات نقره (نیواشا) به‌عنوان دارویی مناسب جهت کاهش درد پس از سزارین به مادران توصیه میگردد.}, keywords_fa = {برش سزارین,درد,نانوذرات}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_12138.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_12138_a4797118edb3788fd232f2c6890cee13.pdf} }
