Various methods are suggested for treatment of dysmenorrhea. This study was performed with aim to determine the effect of Menstrugloe capsule and Vitamin E on the intensity of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: This double-blinded randomized clinical trial was performed in 2017 on 120 female students with primary dysmenorrhea at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. The samples were randomly divided in three 40-member groups. The first group received 500 mg Menstrugole capsules, second group 200 mg Vitamin E, and third group placebo capsule every 8 hours, from the first day of starting pain for 3 days during two menstrual cycles. The intensity and duration of dysmenorrhea in each cycle was compared by multidimensional speech scale and McGill pain scale. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 21) and Chi-square, paired t-test, and ANOVA. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Before the intervention, the mean scores of duration and severity of symptoms of dysmenorrhea was homogenous in the groups, but after the intervention, according to ANOVA test, there was significant difference between the subjects (P<0.001) and it was less in the Menstrugole group. According to Chi-square test, after the intervention, the severity of dysmenorrhea based on McGill pain scale was significantly different in the three groups (P<0.001) and it was less in the Menstrugole group. Conclusion: The use of Menstrugloe capsule like vitamin E can reduce the intensity of primary dysmenorrhea; therefore, due to limited side effects, it can be useful in women with dysmenorrhea.}, keywords = {Menstrugloe,Primary dysmenorrhea,Vitamin E}, title_fa = {مقایسه تأثیر کپسول منستروگل و ویتامین E بر شدت دیسمنوره اولیه بر اساس مقیاس چند بُعدی گفتاری}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: دیسمنوره اولیه، یکی از اختلالات شایع دستگاه تناسلی است. راههای متفاوتی جهت درمان دیسمنوره مطرح است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر کپسول منستروگل (عصاره خشک کرفس، زعفران و انیسون) و ویتامین E بر شدت دیسمنوره اولیه انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور در سال 1396 بر روی 120 دختر دانشجوی علوم پزشکی همدان با دیسمنوره اولیه انجام شد. افراد به‌صورت بلوک جایگشتی در 3 گروه 40 نفره تقسیم شدند. گروه اول، 500 میلی‌گرم منستروگل، گروه دوم ویتامین E200 واحدی و گروه سوم، کپسول دارونما هر 8 ساعت، از روز اول شروع درد به مدت 3 روز طی دو سیکل قاعدگی دریافت کردند. شدت و مدت دیسمنوره در هر سیکل به‌وسیله مقیاس چندبُعدی گفتاری و خط‌کش درد مک گیل مقایسه شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 21) و آزمونهای آماری کای اسکوئر، تی مستقل، تی زوجی و تحلیل اندازه‌گیری تکراری انجام گرفت. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمرات شدت علائم دیسمنوره قبل از مداخله در گروهها همگن بود، ولی بعد از مداخله دارویی بر اساس آزمون ANOVA در واحدهای پژوهش اختلاف آماری معناداری وجود داشت (001/0>p) و در گروه منستروگل کمتر بود. بر اساس نتایج آزمون کای دو، پس از مداخله شدت دیسمنوره بر اساس خط‌کش درد مگ گیل در واحدهای پژوهش اختلاف آماری معناداری داشت (001/0>p) و در گروه منستروگل کمتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: مصرف کپسول منستروگل میتواند شدت دیسمنوره اولیه را همانند ویتامین E کاهش دهد؛ لذا با توجه به عوارض جانبی اندک مشاهده شده، مصرف آن در زنان دارای دیسمنوره میتواند مفید باشد.}, keywords_fa = {دیسمنوره اولیه,منستروگل,ویتامین E}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_12133.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_12133_3b007ad7e216772ba369fa445c105493.pdf} }
