The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of anomalies based on fetal indications using the abortion cases permitted by forensic medicine organization and their related factors. Methods: This descriptive-analytic study was performed upon 550 mothers referring to the Mashhad Forensic Medicine Agency in 2015 due to fetal anomalies. The data collection tool was a checklist covering personal information, maternal pregnancy status, and fetal condition, which was designed using the opinions of professional experts. The data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 21) using Chi-square test. The confidence interval was considered at 95%. Results: The most common fetal anomalies observed in this study included central nervous system (CNS) anomalies (37.6%), followed by fetal renal (23.1%), genetic (14.7%), orthopedic (7.1%), gastrointestinal (6.1%), respiratory (6%), hematologic (5.9%), heart (4. 3%), and infectious (4%) disorders. Conclusion: the most common fetal disorder was related to the central nervous system. This disorder, which is unrecoverable, affects the body during the whole lifespan. Regarding this, the provision of people with education and awareness in this respect will have a significant effect on the prevention of these disorders in the whole society. Given the fact that the abortion permission can be issued before 20 weeks of gestation, it is essential to enhance mothers' awareness about paying attention to the risk factors and the importance of performing fetal health examinations.}, keywords = {Fetal indications,Forensic medicine,Abortion therapy,Fetal disorders}, title_fa = {بررسی اندیکاسیون‌های جنینی در 548 مورد گواهی سقط درمانی صادره شده در پزشکی قانونی خراسان رضوی: 1394}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی، بیماری‌هایی هستند که در زمان بارور شدن تخمک و یا هنگام تکوین مراحل رشد و نمو جنین عارض شده و تا پایان عمر باعث معلولیت، بیماری و یا مرگ می‌شوند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی چگونگی شیوع ناهنجاری‌ها در اندیکاسیون‌های جنینی سازمان پزشکی قانونی در موارد مجوزهای سقط درمانی و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی در سال 1394 بر روی 550 مادر مراجعه‌کننده به پزشکی قانونی مشهد به علت ناهنجاری جنینی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها چک لیستی بود که سؤالات آن شامل اطلاعات فردی، وضعیت بارداری مادر و جنین با استفاده از نظر اساتید مجرب طراحی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 21) و آزمون کای اسکوئر انجام شد. میزان p‌ کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: شایع‌ترین ناهنجاری جنینی مشاهده شده در این مطالعه، ناهنجاری‌های سیستم عصبی مرکزی (6/37%) و پس از آن به‌ترتیب اختلالات کلیوی جنینی (1/23%)، اختلالات ژنتیکی (7/14%)، اختلالات ارتوپدی (1/7%)، اختلالات گوارشی (1/6%)، اختلالات دستگاه تنفسی (6%) اختلالات هماتولوژی (9/5%)، قلبی (3/4%) و عفونی (4%) بود. نتیجه‌گیری: شایع‌ترین ناهنجاری جنینی، مربوط به ناهنجاری‌های سیستم عصبی مرکزی می‌باشد که با توجه به تحت تأثیر قرار گرفتن بدن در طول عمر و قابل ترمیم نبودن سیستم عصبی مرکزی، آموزش و اطلاع‌رسانی و آگاهی در کل جامعه در پیشگیری از بروز ناهنجاری‌ها تأثیر قابل توجهی خواهد داشت. با توجه به‌اینکه صدور مجوز سقط جنین تا قبل از 20 هفتگی میسر است، لزوم آگاهی مادران از توجه به عوامل خطرساز و اهمیت انجام بررسی‌های وضعیت سلامت جنین در طول بارداری مورد تأکید است.}, keywords_fa = {اندیکاسیون جنینی,پزشکی قانونی,سقط درمانی,ناهنجاری جنینی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_11380.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_11380_9bbef14b827ab09125a063bc52dc01da.pdf} }
