تأثیر تمرینات ورزشی ثبات مرکزی بر لوردوز و کمردرد بعد از زایمان در زنان نخست‌زا

چکیده

مقدمه: بارداری و زایمان به عنوان یک روند طبیعی در مقاطعی از زندگی زنان، با تغییرات روحی و جسمی همراه می‌باشد. کمردرد دوران بارداری که ممکن است تا 6 ماه پس از زایمان باقی بماند، وابسته به علل متعددی از جمله ضعف عضلانی و برطرف نشدن لوردوز کمری است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر لوردوز کمری و کمردرد بعد از زایمان انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه مداخله­ای نیمه‌­تجربی در نیمه دوم سال 1394 بر روی 32 زن نخست‌زای مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان شهیدان مبینی و بانوانی شهرستان سبزوار انجام شد. افراد در دو گروه 16 نفره تمرین و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه تمرینی به مدت 8 هفته (3 جلسه در هفته) به اجرای تمرینات ثبات مرکزی پرداختند. گروه کنترل در این مدت هیچ­گونه تمرین ورزشی انجام ندادند. پس از اتمام دوره 8 هفته‌ای، زاویه لوردوز کمری و شدت کمردرد آنان محاسبه شد. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده‌ها با استفاده از  نرم­افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمون‎های تی زوجی و تی وابسته انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‎دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه تمرینات ثبات مرکزی باعث کاهش معنی­دار زاویه لوردوز کمری (034/0=p) و کاهش شدت کمردرد شد (003/0=p).
نتیجه­گیری: تمرینات ثبات مرکزی روش مناسبی برای اصلاح ناهنجاری لوردوز کمری و بهبود کمردرد بعد از زایمان است.

Introduction: Pregnancy and childbirth as a natural process at some points of women’s life is associated with mental and physical changes. Prpgancy low back pain which may last up to six months after delivery is related to multiple factors including muscle weakness and remained lumbar lordosis. Therefore, this study was performed with aim to determine the effect of core stability training on lumbar lordosis and low back pain after delivery.  
Methods: This semi-experimental interventional study was performed on 32 nulliparous womenreferred to Shaid Mobini and Shahid Banoovani haspitals in Sabzevar city at the second half of 2015. The subjects were divided to training and control groups (n=16 in each group). The training group performed core stability exercises for 8 weeks (3 sessions per week). The control group had no exercise during this time. At the end of 8 weeks, lumbar lordosis and low back pain were measured. Data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software (version 20) and using independent t and paired samples t-test. P<0.05 was considered significant.
Results: In this study, core stability trainings significantly decreased lumbar lordosis (P=0.034) and low back pain (P=0.003).
Conclusion: The core stability training is a good approach for correction of lumbar lordosis and back pain after childbirth.
