ارتباط بین تغییرات فصلی با پره‌اکلامپسی و اکلامپسی

چکیده

مقدمه: پره‌اکلامپسی شایع‌ترین عارضه طبی در بارداری و یکی از سه دلیل مرگ و میر مادری است. در سال‌های اخیر ارتباط بین تغییرات فصلی با پره‌اکلامپسی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک حاضر با هدف جمع‌بندی نتایج مطالعات موجود در زمینه ارتباط بین تغییرات فصلی با پره‌اکلامپسی و اکلامپسی و دستیابی به نتایج کلی در ایران انجام شد.
روش‌کار:در این مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک اطلاعات از طریق جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی SID، Iranmedex، Magiran، IranDoc، Pubmed، Scopus وGoogle Scholar با استفاده از کلید‌واژه‌های استاندارد و عملگرهای AND و OR به صورت ترکیبی، استخراج شدند. محدوده زمانی مقالات به‌دست آمده از سال 1375 تا 21/2/1395 بود. بعد از حذف موارد تکراری و غیر مرتبط، در نهایت 11 مطالعه انجام شده در شهرهای مختلف ایران انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها:مرور مقالات موجود در این مطالعه حاکی از ارتباط آماری معنادار بین تغییرات فصلی و ابتلاء به پره‌اکلامپسی و اکلامپسی بود که این ارتباط به نفع شیوع بیشتر پره‌اکلامپسی و اکلامپسی در فصول سرد سال (پاییز و زمستان) می باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بین فصول سرد سال و ابتلاء به پره‌اکلامپسی و اکلامپسی ارتباط وجود دارد. با توجه به تعداد محدود مطالعات موجود در این زمینه، انجام مطالعات‌ متعدد با ساختار مطالعاتی همگن در مناطق مختلف جغرافیایی کشور، توصیه می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Preeclampsia is the most common medical complication in pregnancy and one of the three leading causes of maternal mortality. Recently, the relationship between seasonal variation and preeclampsia has been considered. This systematic review was performed with aim to determine the relationship between seasonal variation with preeclampsia and eclampsia to achieve the overall results in Iran.
Methods:In this systematic review,data was extracted through searching in national and international electronic databases including: SID, Iranmedex, Magiran, Irandoc, Pubmed, Scopus and Google Scholar using the standard keywords by combining AND, OR. Time limitation was from 1996 to May 2016. After excluding duplicated and irrelevant articles, finally 11 studies which were conducted in different cities of Iranwere selected and assessed.
Results: The articles review of this study shows a significant relationship between seasonal variation with preeclampsia and eclampsia, and this relationship indicates more prevalence of preeclampsia and eclampsia in cold season (autumn and winter).
Conclusion: There is a relationship between preeclampsia and eclampsia with cold seasons. With regard to limited studies in this field, it is recommended to perform numerous homogeneous studies in different geographic regions of the country.
