بررسی آگاهی و نگرش و عملکرد ماماها در رابطه با کدهای اخلاق حرفه ای در زایشگاه بیمارستان‌های آموزشی مشهد سال 1393

چکیده

مقدمه: رعایت موازین اخلاقی در ارائهمراقبت، یکیازاهدافاساسیسیستم‌های ارائهخدماتسلامتدر دنیا است. از آنجایی که ماماها وظیفه مراقبت از سلامت زنان را به عهده دارند، توجه به مبانی اخلاقی در این حرفه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد ماماهایشاغل در زایشگاهبیمارستان‌های آموزشی مشهد انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعهتوصیفیدر سال1393 بر روی 68 نفر ازماماهای شاغل در زایشگاه بیمارستان‌هایآموزشیوابسته به دانشگاهعلومپزشکیمشهد با اشتغال حداقل یک سال در زایشگاه انجام شد. ابزارگردآوریداده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌های مشخصات فردی، تعیین آگاهی و چک لیست ثبت نگرش و عملکرد ماماها در ارتباط با رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی، تحلیل واریانس و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر در رابطه با آگاهی نسبت به کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای، سطح آگاهی 46 نفر (6/67%) از ماماها در حد متوسط بود. همچنین 58 نفر (3/85%) از ماماها نگرش خوب و 54 نفر (4/79%) عملکرد متوسطی نسبت به کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای داشتند.
نتیجه گیری: اکثر ماماها آگاهی و عملکرد متوسطی در رابطه با کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای دارند. لذا با توجه به اهمیت رعایت اصول اخلاقی در ارائه مراقبت های مامایی، برگزاری دوره های مدون آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای جهت ارتقاء آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد ماماها توصیه می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: One of the fundamental goals of health provider systems in the world is observance of the ethical standards in care providing. Since midwives are responsible for women's health care, considering the moral principles in this profession seems to be necessary. The present study was performed with aim to survey the knowledge, attitude and practice among midwives working in the maternity of educational hospitals in Mashhad.
Methods:This descriptive study was performed on 68 midwives working in the maternity of educational hospitals of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences with at least one year of employment in the maternity in 2014. Data collection tools were personal characteristics questionnaire and determining knowledge and attitude and the checklist of recording the midwives’ attitude and practice about the observance of professional ethical principles. Data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software (version 16) and statistical tests such as descriptive, variance analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. P< 0.05 was considered significant.
Results: In the present study, in terms of knowledge about professional ethics codes, 46 midwives (67.6%) had a moderate level of knowledge. Also, 58 (85.3%) had good attitude and 54 (79.4%) had average performance about professional ethics codes.
Conclusion: Majority of midwives had moderate level of knowledge and performance about professional ethics codes. Therefore, according to the importance of observance of moral principles in providing midwifery care, it is recommended to hold professional ethics education courses to improve knowledge, attitude and practice of midwives.
