بررسی نیازهای آموزشی درک شده زنان آسیب دیده در رابطه با رفتارهای پرخطر جنسی

چکیده

مقدمه: توجه به نیازهای آموزشی بهداشتی زنان به دلیل نقش حساسی که در اجتماع دارند، بایستی در درجه اول اهمیت قرار گیرد. یکی از گروه های زنان آسیب دیده در جامعه، زنان تن فروش می باشند که به دلیل برخورداری از میزان بالای روابط جنسی حفاظت نشده، باید در اولویت برنامه های آموزشی در حیطه پیشگیری از روابط پرخطر جنسی قرار گیرند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی درک شده زنان آسیب دیده در رابطه با رفتارهای پرخطر جنسی انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی به روش سرشماری بر روی 40 نفر از زنان تن فروشی که در زندان وکیل آباد مشهد در سال 1392 به سر می بردند، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه بود که میزان نیاز به آموزش در زمینه روابط پرخطر جنسی را با مقیاس لیکرت پنج درجه ای مورد بررسی قرار داد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و آنووا استفاده شد. میزان p ‌کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: در این مطالعه به طور کلی میزان نیاز به آموزش، بیشتر از حد متوسط (نمره 3) بود. اولین اولویت آموزشی حیطه علائم ابتلاء به بیماری های آمیزشی بود و بین میزان نیاز آموزشی با مشخصات فردی- اجتماعی ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0<p).
نتیجه گیری: زنان تن فروش به آموزش در زمینه روابط پرخطر جنسی احساس نیاز می کنند. بنابراین لازم است برنامه های آموزشی توسط افراد متخصص، بر پایه نیازهای شناخته شده این زنان جهت ارتقاء بهداشت جنسی آنان طراحی و اجرا شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Paying attention to women`s health educational needs should be considered as primarily importance due to woman's sensitive role in the community. One of the damaged women in the society is sex worker women that they must comfort in priority educational program about preventive high risk sexual behavior because of the high rate of unprotected high risk sexual behavior. This study was performed with the aim to determine the perceived educational needs of damaged women in relation with high risk sexual behavior.
Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 40 sex worker women living in Mashhad Vakilabad prison at 2013. Data collection tool was a questionnaire which measured the educational needs in the area of high risk sexual behavior with 5-points Likert scale. Data was analyzed using SPSS software version 16, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, spearman correlation and ANOVA.
Results: In this study, generally, the rate of educational need was more than moderate (score 3). The first educational priority was sexually transmitted diseases symptom and there was no significant relation between educational needs and socio-demographic characteristics.
Conclusion: The sex worker women feel need for education in the area of high risk sexual relationship. Therefore, it is necessary to design and implement the educational programs by specialized persons based on known needs of these women to promote their sexual heath.
