اثربخشی افشای هیجانی بر سندرم پیش از قاعدگی

چکیده

مقدمه: سندرم پیش از قاعدگی شامل تغییرات فیزیکی، شناختی، خلقی و رفتاری و یکی از شایع ترین اختلالات سنین باروری است که باعث اختلال در عملکرد زنان می‌شود. لذا به کارگیری روش‌ های کم‌ هزینه و مؤثر جهت تخفیف و یا بهبود علائم مبتلایان ضرورت دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی افشای هیجانی بر سندرم پیش از قاعدگی انجام شد.
روش‌کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی و از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه آزمایش و گواه می باشد که در سال 1392 بر روی 30 دانشجوی دختر ساکن در خوابگاه های شبانه روزی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه که مبتلا به سندرم پیش از قاعدگی بودند، انجام شد. افراد به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش طی دو هفته، 4 تا 5 جلسه نیم ساعته به افشای هیجانی نوشتاری پرداختند و گروه گواه به همین میزان به نوشتن درباره مسائلی که جنبه عاطفی کم ‌اهمیتی داشتند پرداختند. سپس از اعضای هر دو گروه پس ‌آزمون به عمل آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده از آزمون کواریانس انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کواریانس، افشای هیجانی نوشتاری باعث کاهش معنا‌دار در نمره کل سندرم پیش از قاعدگی در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در پس ‌آزمون شد (003/0p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: افشای هیجانی در کاهش علائم سندرم پیش از قاعدگی مؤثر است.

Introduction: Premenstrual syndrome includes physical, cognitive, and behavioral changes and is one of the most common disorders of reproductive age which causes disruption in women's function. So, applying inexpensive and effective methods is necessary to relieve or improve the symptoms. This study was performed with the aim to assess the efficacy of emotional disclosure on premenstrual syndrome.
Methods: This is a quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest study with case and control group which was performed on 30 girl student with premenstrual syndrome living in the dormitories of Kermanshah Razi University. The subject were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group performed 4 to 5 half hour sessions of written emotional disclosure during two weeks and the control group with same amount performed writing about the issues with less emotional dimension. Then, posttest was performed in both groups. Data were analyzed by covariance test. PResults: According to the results of covariance test, written emotional disclosure significantly decreased total score of premenstrual syndrome in the experimental group than the control group in posttest (P<0.003).
Conclusion: Emotional disclosure is effective in decreasing the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
