بررسی ارتباط سبک زندگی با کیفیت خواب در زنان یائسه

چکیده

مقدمه: سبک زندگی، یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر سلامت است و در صورتی که ناسالم باشد، می تواند باعث بروز بیماری و ایجاد مشکلات مزمن در زنان یائسه شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط سبک زندگی با کیفیت خواب در زنان یائسه انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1391 بر روی 400 زن یائسه مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه های زنان مراکز آموزشی شهر مشهد انجام شد. ابزار مطالعه شامل پرسشنامه سبک زندگی ارتقاء دهنده سلامت و پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبرگ بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی تست، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و رگرسیون خطی انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: بیش ترین نمره ابعاد رفتاری سبک زندگی مربوط به رشد معنوی و مسئولیت پذیری در برابر سلامت و کمترین نمره، مربوط به فعالیت فیزیکی بود. بین نمره کل کیفیت خواب با تغذیه (0/127- =r،ا 011/0 =p)، مدیریت استرس (171/0- =r،ا 001/0 =p) و نمره کل سبک زندگی (159/0=p،ا 001/0 =r)، همبستگی معکوس و معنی داری وجود داشت.
نتیجه گیری:سبک زندگی سالم باعث بهبود کیفیت خواب در زنان یائسه می شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Lifestyle is one of the factors affecting on health, and if it be unhealthy, it can cause diseases and chronic problems in postmenopausal women. This study was performed with the aim to determine the relationship between lifestyle and quality of sleep in postmenopausal women.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed in 2012 on 400 postmenopausal women referring to Women's clinics of training centers in Mashhad. The study tools included health-promoting lifestyle questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality. Data was analyzed using SPSS software (version 16), and Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, ANOVA, and linear regression tests. PResults: The highest score of the behavioral aspects of lifestyle was related to spiritual growth and responsibility for health and the lowest score was related to physical activity. There was a significant inverse correlation between total scores of sleep quality and nutrition (P=0.011, r=-0.127), stress management (P=0.001, r=-0.171), and total score of lifestyle (P=0.001, r=-0.159).
Conclusion: Healthy lifestyle improves quality of sleep in postmenopausal women
