بررسی ارتباط بین رضایت زناشویی و حمایت اجتماعی با دلبستگی مادر به جنین در زنان باردار با سابقه مرگ جنین یا نوزاد

چکیده

مقدمه: دلبستگی مادر به جنین نشانه کارآمدی مادر در مراقبت از نوزاد و دلبستگی مادر به شیرخوار در دوره بعد از زایمان می باشد. این مسئله به ویژه در زنان با سابقه مرگ جنین یا نوزاد بسیار حائز اهمیت است. مطالعه حاضر با هدفتعیین ارتباط بین رضایت زناشویی و حمایت اجتماعی با دلبستگی مادر به جنین در زنان باردار با سابقه مرگ جنین یا نوزاد انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه همبستگی در سال 1392 بر روی 180 زن باردار با سابقه مرگ جنین یا نوزاد مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی مشهد انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه دلبستگی مادر به جنین کرانلی، حمایت اجتماعی کاسدی و رضایت زناشویی ناتان ایچ بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 11/5) و آزمون های آماری آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام گرفت. میزان p کمتر از 0/05 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: در این مطالعه میانگین نمره دلبستگی مادر به جنین 05/18±64 بود. بین رضایت زناشویی و دلبستگی مادر به جنین (0/001>p) و همچنین بین حمایت اجتماعی و دلبستگی مادر به جنین همبستگی مستقیم وجود داشت (0/001>p).
نتیجه گیری: با افزایش حمایت اجتماعی و رضایت زناشویی، میزان دلبستگی مادر به جنین افزایش می یابد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Maternal-fetal attachment considers as a sign of mothers' effectiveness on baby caring and mother-fetal attachment in the post-partum period. This topic is very important in women with a history of baby loss. This study was done aimed to determine the relationship of marital satisfaction and social support with maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant women with a history of baby loss.
Methods: This correlation study was conducted on 180 pregnant women with the history of baby loss who referred to Mashhad health centers, Iran during 2013. Data were collected with Cranley's maternal-fetal attachment, social support and marital satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 11.5), one way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient tests. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant.
Results: The average of maternal-fetal attachment was 64±18.05. There was a direct correlation between marital satisfaction and maternal-fetal attachment (p<0.001) and also between social support and maternal-fetal attachment (p<0.001).
Conclusion: Maternal-fetal attachment increases with increasing social support and marital satisfaction.
