ارتباط رژیم غذایی با افسردگی پس از زایمان در زنان
مقدمه: بر اساس نظر سازمان جهانی بهداشت، افسردگی دومین بیماری بعد از بیماریهای ایسکمیک قلبی تا سال 2020 خواهد بود و افسردگی بعد از زایمان نیز به عنوان یک دورهای از افسردگی ماژور اثرات زیانباری بر سلامت مادر و نوزاد و حتی کل خانواده برجای میگذارد،لذامطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط و سهم هر یک از فاکتورهای دریافتی از طریق رژیم غذایی با افسردگی پس از زایمان انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1393 بر روی 95 زن زایمان کرده در 8 هفته پس از زایمان در مراکز بهداشتی شهر تبریز انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در این مطالعه، فرم مشخصات فردی اجتماعی و مامایی، پرسشنامه افسردگی ادینبورگ و پرسشنامه یادآمد غذایی 24 ساعته که در طی سه روز که شامل یک روز تعطیل و دو روز غیر تعطیل بود، توسط افراد تکمیل شد و از این سه روز میانگین گرفته شد. کسب نمره 12 و بالاتر به منزله افسردگی مادران بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) انجام شد. همچنین جهت بررسی ارتباط رژیم غذایی و افسردگی و تعیین میزان سهم هر یک از این فاکتورها در ایجاد افسردگی از تحلیل شبکه های عصبی استفاده شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمره مقیاس افسردگی 4/4±1/7 بود. در مجموع 83 زن (4/87%) از مادران نمره ادینبورگ پایینتر از 12 داشتند. بر اساس تحلیل شبکه های عصبی، اسید چرب امگا-3 (25%)، کلسترول (32%)، اسیدهای چرب غیر اشباع چندگانه (36%) و اسید چرب امگا-6 (42%) کمترین سهم را در افزایش نمره افسردگی ادینبورگ به نسبت روی (61%)، منیزیم (78%) و چربی اشباع شده (90%) داشتند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه فاکتورهای دریافتی از قبیل امگا-3، کلسترول، اسیدهای چرب غیر اشباع چندگانه و امگا-6 کمترین سهم را در افزایش نمره افسردگی پس از زایمان دارند، میتوان گفت یک نوع حالت حفاظتی در برابر افزایش نمره ادینبورگ را ایفا می کنند و میتوانند در رژیم غذایی افراد پیشنهاد شوند

مروری بر اسباب و علائم ناباروری مردان از دیدگاه طب سنتی ایران
مقدمه: ناباروری به خصوص ناباروری مردان از جمله مشکلاتی است که در حال حاضر با وجود پیشرفتهای قابل توجه پزشکی، همچنان به عنوان یک معضل بهداشتی درمانی محسوب میشود. بررسی این موضوع از منظری متفاوت از طب رایج میتواند در رفع مجهولات پزشکی پیش رو کمک کننده باشد؛ لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی علل و علائم مطرح در بحث ناباروری مردان در متون طب سنتی ایران انجام شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه علل ناباروری مردان از منابع معتبر طب سنتی ایران شامل کتاب قانون در طب، ذخیره خوارزمشاهی، شرح الاسباب و علامات، طب اکبری، معالجات عقیلی و اکسیر اعظم جمعآوری و موارد مطرح شده از لحاظ وجود شواهد علمی اخیر در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی Medline، Scopus وGoogle Scholar مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: پزشکان ایرانی علل، علائم و درمانهای متفاوتی را برای ناباروری مردان مطرح کردهاند. این علل در پنج دسته علل عمومی، اختلالات دستگاه تناسلی، علل خارج از دستگاه تناسلی شامل آسیب مغزی، گوارشی و کلیوی، علل روحی - روانی و رفتاری و علل ناشناخته قابل طبقهبندی است. در بخش علل تناسلی علاوه بر مشکلات ساختاری، اختلالات عملکردی دستگاه تناسلی در قالب سوء مزاجهای گرم، سرد، خشک و تر سیستم تناسلی با شاخصههای متفاوت منی بیان شده است. نتیجه گیری: برای عللهای متفاوت ناباروری مردان درمانهای متفاوتی در طب سنتی ایران مطرح است. توجه و بررسی این رویکرد تشخیصی درمانی ممکن است باعث گشوده شدن دریچههای تحقیقاتی جدیدی در بحث ناباروری مردان شود

چالش های باروری و ملاحظات مرتبط با فناوری کمک باروری در زوجین مبتلا به هپاتیت B: (مقاله مروری)
مقدمه: ویروس هپاتیت B شایعترین ویروس تهدید کننده سلامت انسان و یک بیماری منتقله از راه جنسی و خونی است. مطالعات بیانگر اثرات منفی عفونت های ویروسی بر باروری انسان بوده و در حال حاضر استفاده از تکنیکهای کمک باروری در افراد مبتلا به عفونت های منتقله جنسی در حال افزایش است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی چالشهای باروری و پیامد فناوری کمک باروری زوجین مبتلا به عفونت هپاتیت B و چگونگی انتقال عفونت از سلولهای جنسی انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مروری است که دادههای آن از مقالات بانکهای اطلاعاتیGoogle scholar ، Medline (PubMed)، Cochran و Science direct جمعآوری شد. جستجوی جامع با استفاده از کلیدواژههای Hepatitis Bو (infertility، male infertility، Female infertility، ART،Father to fetal transmission) انجام شد. با استفاده از قابلیت جستجوی پیشرفته، تمام مقالات چاپ شده طی 5 سال اخیر (2015-2010) که به زبان انگلیسی و دارای متن کامل بودند، انتخاب و پس از بررسی اولیه و جستجو بر اساس فهرست منابع، 43 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. یافته ها: در مطالعه حاضر به جنبههای مختلفی از مسائل مرتبط با زوجین نابارور و بارور مبتلا به هپاتیت B که خواهان استفاده از فناوری کمک باروری هستند، پرداخته شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که اولاً غربالگری در زوجین مبتلا و افراد اهداءکننده سلول های جنسی، برای انجام اقدامات لازم و مشاوره مناسب بایستی الزامی شود ثانیاً ویروس هپاتیت در سلولهای جنسی مخصوصاً به صورت آزاد و ادغام یافته با DNA میتواند اثرات منفی بر باروری و پیامد روشهای کمک باروری داشته و می تواند از طریق سلولهای جنسی به جنین انتقال یابد و در نهایت این که از شستشوی اسپرم و فناوری کمک باروری، میتوان برای پیشگیری از انتقال ویروس استفاده نمود. نتیجه گیری: یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر اهمیت انجام غربالگری و استفاده از فناوری کمک باروری برای کاهش خطر انتقال عفونت هپاتیت B میباشد.
