اثرات مکمل اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 بر سطوح لیپیدهای سرم و شاخص های استرس اکسیداتیو در زنان مبتلا به سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک
مقدمه: سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک شایع ترین بیماری غدد درون ریز در زنان سنین باروری می باشد که این افراد در معرض خطر بروز زودرس بیماری های قلبی عروقی قرار دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات مکمل اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 بر سطوح لیپیدهای سرم و شاخص های استرس اکسیداتیو شامل مالون دی آلدئید و ظرفیت تام آنتی اکسیدانی سرم در مبتلایان به سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی دو سوکور در سال 1390 بر روی 64 بیمار مبتلا به سندوم تخمدان پلی کیستیک انجام شد. افراد به طور تصادفی در دو گروه دریافت کننده اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 (32 نفر) و دارونما (32 نفر) قرار گرفتند. افراد گروه اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 به مدت 8 هفته روزانه 4 گرم اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 و گروه دارونما به مدت مشابه، دارونما دریافت کردند. اندازه گیری های تن سنجی و بیوشیمیایی و ارزیابی دریافت غذایی از طریق پرسشنامه یادآمد غذایی 24 ساعته و نرم افزار Nutritionist (نسخه 4) در ابتدا و انتهای مطالعه صورت گرفت. داده ها پس از گردآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 5/11) و تست های آماری تی مستقل، تی زوجی و آنالیز کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. مقادیر p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 باعث کاهش معنی داری در سطح سرمی کلسترول تام (001/0>p)، تری گلیسیرید (024/0=p)، لیپو پروتئین با چگالی پایین (001/0>p) و مالون دی آلدئید (01/0=p) و افزایش معنی داری در سطح لیپو پروتئین با چگالی بالا (018/0=p) در انتهای مطالعه نسبت به مقادیر پایه شد. کاهش در سطح سرمی کلسترول تام، لیپو پروتئین با چگالی پایین و مالون دی آلدئید در گروه اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 نسبت به گروه دارونما معنی دار بود (به ترتیب 002/0=p=0/007، p=0/003 ،p). در هیچ یک از گروه ها تغییر معنی داری در ظرفیت تام آنتی اکسیدانی سرم مشاهده نشد (05/0<p).
نتیجه گیری: اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 اثرات مطلوبی بر سطوح لیپیدهای سرم و پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی در مبتلایان به سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک دارد.

بررسی شیوع عفونت ادراری بدون علامت و کم خونی در زنان باردار سه ماهه اول
مقدمه: عفونت ادراری و کم خونی از عوامل خطر بسیار مهم در بارداری هستند که می توانند منجر به بروز عوارضی مانند زایمان زودرس، تولد نوزاد کم وزن، افزایش مرگ و میر جنین و فشار خون بارداری شوند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی شیوع عفونت ادراری بدون علامت و کم خونی در زنان باردار سه ماهه اول انجام شد.
روشکار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی و توصیفی تحلیلی است که در سال 1388 در 5 مرکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر سنندج انجام شد. معیارهای ورود به مطالعه زنان باردار سه ماهه اول بارداری و معیارهای خروج از مطالعه شامل داشتن عفونت واضح ادراری، سابقه سنگ کلیوی، ناهنجاری های دستگاه ادراری، مصرف آنتی بیوتیک در 14 روز اخیر و چند قلویی بود. از افراد مورد مطالعه کشت نمونه ادرار انجام شد و مقدار هموگلوبین نیز سنجش شد. داده ها پس از گردآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 5/11) و تست های آماری کای دو و تی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. مقادیرp کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: در مطالعه حاضر 1500 زن باردار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که میانگین سنی آنان 1/6±4/28 سال و میانگین هموگلوبین آنان 89/0±43/12 میلی گرم بر دسی لیتر بود. 107 نفر (1/7%) از بیماران میزان هموگلوبین زیر 11 میلی گرم در دسی لیتر داشتند. بین کم خونی با تعداد بارداری (905/0=p) و تعداد زایمان (432/0=p) ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده نشد. 114 نفر (6/7%) کشت ادرار مثبت داشتند. بین عفونت ادراری و کم خونی ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده شد (001/0>p). بین نتیجه کشت ادرار و تعداد بارداری و زایمان و همچنین بین آنمی و تعداد بارداری و تعداد زایمان های قبلی ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0<p).
نتیجهگیری: در سه ماهه اول بارداری بین عفونت ادراری و کم خونی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد اما بین کم خونی و تعداد بارداری و زایمان ارتباط معنی داری وجود ندارد.

بررسی تأثیر آموزش آرامسازی پیشرونده عضلانی به همراه تجسم هدایت شده بر شدت علائم افسردگی زنان در دوره بعد از زایمان
مقدمه: افسردگی بعد از زایمان از اختلالات روانی پس از زایمان، با شیوع بالا و عوارض نامطلوب میباشد. بنابراین شناسایی و درمان آن یک امر مهم به شمار میرود. از درمانهای ساده که توسط مراقبین اولیه خصوصاً ماماها قابل اجرا است، آموزش تکنیک های آرامسازی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش آرامسازی بر شدت علائم افسردگی در دوره بعد از زایمان انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی 54 زن مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهر مشهد در سال 1389 انجام شد. در هفته سوم بعد از زایمان، زنانی که نمره مقیاس افسردگی ادینبرگ 10 و بالاتر داشتند، آزمون افسردگی بک را تکمیل میکردند (نمره 28- 14) و تأیید نهایی افسردگی توسط مصاحبه روانشناس بالینی انجام شد. سپس زنان به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آرامسازی به همراه تجسم هدایت شده (26 نفر) و گروه کنترل (28 نفر) تقسیم شدند. آرامسازی روزانه یک مرتبه و تجسم هدایت شده هفتهای یک بار در طول 6 هفته اجرا شد و در هفته 9 بعد از زایمان مجدداً آزمون افسردگی بک تکمیل شد. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه با نرم افزار SPSS (نسخه 14) تجزیه و تحلیل شد و p مساوی 05/0 به عنوان سطح معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره شدت علائم افسردگی بعد از مداخله در گروه آرامسازی و گروه کنترل به ترتیب 6/4±7/7و 4/6±3/15بود که بین دو گروه اختلاف آماری معنیداری وجود داشت (000/0>p). همچنین میزان کاهش شدت علائم افسردگی در گروه آرامسازی 1/58 درصد و در گروه کنترل 5/23 درصد بود.
نتیجهگیری: آرامسازی روشی مؤثر در کاهش شدت علائم افسردگی بعد از زایمان است.

ارتباط علائم پیرامون قاعدگی با نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی در دختران دانش آموز دبیرستانی شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی 91-1390
مقدمه: یکی از مهم ترین عوامل پیشگویی کننده علائم قاعدگی، نگرش افراد نسبت به قاعدگی است که در فرهنگ ها و جوامع مختلف متفاوت می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط علائم پیرامون قاعدگی با نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی در دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستانی شهر مشهد انجام شد.
روشکار: این مطالعه از نوع همبستگی است که در سال 1390 بر روی 407 دانش آموز دختر از دبیرستان های شهر مشهد که شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشتند، به روش نمونه گیری احتمالی دو مرحله ای انجام شد. افراد مورد مطالعه پرسشنامه های مربوط به مشخصات فردی، مشخصات قاعدگی، شیوه زندگی و نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی و پرسشنامه علائم قاعدگی را در طول سه مرحله از قاعدگی (یک هفته قبل از قاعدگی، دوران خونریزی قاعدگی و یک هفته بعد از قاعدگی) تکمیل کردند. داده ها پس از گردآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 14) و آزمون های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی دانشجویی، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و مدل رگرسیون خطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: 74 درصد از دانش آموزان علائم پیش از قاعدگی، 1/94 درصد علائم دوران خونریزی قاعدگی و 8/40 درصد علائم بعد از قاعدگی را گزارش کردند. 8/24 درصد از دانش آموزان قاعدگی را به عنوان واقعه ای توان فرسا، 28 درصد مزاحم، 3/12 درصد طبیعی، 27 درصد قابل پیش بینی و 5/14 درصد بی اثر معرفی کردند. علاوه بر این، بر اساس آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، علائم پیرامون قاعدگی با تمام ابعاد نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی همبستگی معنی داری داشت.
نتیجهگیری: علائم پیرامون قاعدگی با تمام ابعاد نگرش نسبت به قاعدگی ارتباط معنی داری دارد.
