ارتباط بین یافته های سونوگرافی ترانس واژینال و پاتولوژی کورتاژ آندومتر در زنان مبتلا به خونریزی غیرطبیعی رحمی در حوالی یائسگی
مقدمه: خونریزی غیرطبیعی رحمی، یک مشکل شایع در زنان اواخر سنین باروری میباشد که باید بهطور دقیق مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. بررسی از نظر سرطان آندومتر و یا ضایعات پیشبدخیمی بسیار مهم است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین یافتههای سونوگرافی ترانس واژینال و پاتولوژی در زنان مبتلا به خونریزی غیرطبیعی رحمی در حوالی یائسگی انجام شد. روشکار: اینمطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی در سال 1396 بر روی 184 زن پریمنوپوز 50-40 ساله با AUB انجام شد. بیماران تحت سونوگرافی واژینال قرار گرفته و در صورت گزارش ضخامت آندومتر بیشتر از 4 میلیمتر، یک هفته بعد از گزارش سونوگرافی D&C شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه خودساخته بود که یافتههای دموگرافیک بیماران و نتیجه سونوگرافی ترانس واژینال و نتایج بررسی هیستوپاتولوژی ماحصل کورتاژ ثبت گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمونهای آنووا و کروسکال والیس انجام گرفت. میزان p کمتر 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: شایعترین یافتههای سونوگرافی ترانس واژینال 37% نرمال، 30% افزایش ضخامت و 20% پولیپ آندومتر بود. حدود 3/47% یافتههای هیستوپاتولوژی را پرولیفراتیو و در مراتب بعدی ترشحی و پولیپ آندومتر و کمتر از 5% موارد را بدخیم تشکیل میداد. یک مورد آدنوکارسینوم با ضخامت آندومتر 6 میلیمتر گزارش شده بود. در برآورد همخوانی یافتههای سونوگرافی با D&C در دو گروه غیرطبیعی و طبیعی، توافق معنیداری وجود داشت (004/0=p). نتیجهگیری: پاتولوژیهای ماژور و بدخیم از قبیل کارسینوم و متاپلازی میتوانند در مقادیر کمتر از حد مرزی 8 میلیمتر و حتی نزدیک 5 میلیمتر وجود داشته باشند. در نتیجه استفاده از D&C به همراه TVUS در مقادیر کمتر از 8 میلیمتر نیز ضروری به نظر میرسد.

ارتباط شاخص توده بدنی با درد مزمن پس از جراحی پستان در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان
مقدمه: آگاهی از شیوع درد مزمن پس از جراحی سرطان پستان و فاکتورهای احتمالی مؤثر در تداوم درد پس از درمان سرطان پستان، در پیشگیری از این درد جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان ضروری است. از اینرو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط شاخص توده بدنی با درد مزمن پس از جراحی پستان در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد.
روشکار: این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی در طول سالهای 97-1396 بر روی 170 بیمار دارای شرایط ورود به مطالعه در بیمارستانهای سطح شهر تبریز انجام شد. از چکلیست VAS جهت سنجش شدت درد مزمن پس از جراحی در یک دوره 6 ماهه پس از جراحی و همچنین چکلیست عوامل خطرساز و مؤثر بر درد مزمن جهت اهداف پژوهش استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 22) و آزمونهای آزمون تی مستقل، آنووا، کای اسکوئر و فیشر انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از ارتباط درد مزمن در تمامی درجات با افزایش میزان شاخص توده بدنی بود؛ بهطوریکه با افزایش میزان شاخص توده بدنی، درد مزمن افراد نیز شدیدتر میشد (001/0>p).
نتیجهگیری: شاخص توده بدنی بالا میتواند یکی از عوامل خطر درد مزمن پس از جراحی سرطان پستان باشد و توجه به این شاخص میتواند در پیشبینی درد مزمن کمککننده باشد.

مقایسه تأثیر تحریک الکتریکی عصب از راه پوست با ترکیب دارویی هیوسین-پرومتازین بر طول مرحله دوم زایمان
مقدمه:طول مدت زایمان، از عوامل مؤثر بر نتایج حاملگی و آسیبهای وارده بر مادر و جنین است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر تحریک الکتریکی عصب از راه پوست (TENS) با ترکیب دارویی هیوسین - پرومتازین بر طول مدت مرحله دوم زایمان انجام گرفت. روشکار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی دو گروهه در سال 1396 بر روی 84 زن باردار واجد شرایط مراجعهکننده به بیمارستان شهید چمران شهرستان کنگاور انجام گرفت. افراد در دو گروه 42 نفره TENS و هیوسین- پرومتازین قرار گرفتند. در شروع فاز فعال در گروه دارو 20 میلیگرم هیوسین و 25 میلیگرم پرومتازین بهصورت یکبار تزریق توأم عضلانی تجویز شد. در گروه TENS از دستگاه TENS با دو جفت الکترود به ترتیبی که الکترودهای بالایی بین مهرههای L1-T10 و الکترودهای پایینی بین مهرههای S2-S4 در دو طرف ستون مهرهها قرار گرفت، استفاده شد. طول مدت مرحله دوم در دو گروه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه17) و آزمونهای کای دو، تی مستقل و تی زوجی انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: دو گروه از نظر میانگین طول انقباضات در مرحله اول زایمان تفاوت آماری معنیداری نداشتند (86/0=p). همچنین دو گروه از نظر میانگین تعداد انقباضات تفاوت آماری معنیداری نداشتند (23/0=p). طول مدت مرحله دوم زایمان در گروه تحریک الکتریکی عصب از راه پوست 96/1±1/26 دقیقه و در گروه هیوسین-پرومتازین 54/1±7/30 بود که تفاوت معنیداری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد (232/0=p). نتیجهگیری: تأثیر TENS و ترکیب دارویی هیوسین-پرومتازین بر طول مرحله دوم زایمان مشابه بوده و تفاوتی ندارند.

بررسی تأثیر کرم واژینال شبدر قرمز بر عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی کنترل شده
مقدمه: اختلالات عملکرد جنسی در زنان یائسه میتواند باعث کاهش کیفیت زندگی آنها در این دوران شود. با توجه به اثر فیتواستروژنها در بهبودی علائم یائسگی، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر کرم واژینال شبدر قرمز بر عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه انجام شد. روشکار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی سهسوکور در سال 1397 بر روی 76 زن یائسه در اهواز انجام شد. زنان بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه 38 نفره مصرف کننده کرم واژینال شبدر قرمز و دارونما قرار گرفتند و روزانه یک اپلیکاتور از کرم واژینال را که با دوز 5 گرم در روز بود، بهمدت 8 هفته استفاده کردند. عملکرد جنسی با استفاده از پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی زنان بررسی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه22) و آزمونهای آماری تی مستقل، کای دو، منویتنی و ویلکاکسون انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: میانگین امتیاز تمامی حیطههای عملکرد جنسی اعم از: میل جنسی، برانگیختگی، رطوبت واژن، ارگاسم، رضایت جنسی و درد حین مقاربت پس از 8 هفته مداخله در هر دو گروه افزایش معنیداری پیدا کرد که این تغییرات در گروه شبدر قرمز نسبت به پلاسبو بهطور معنیداری بالاتر بود (001/0>p). میانگین نمره کل پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی قبل از مداخله در گروه شبدر قرمز 41/0±91/9 و در گروه دارونما 28/0±77/9 بود که پس از 8 هفته مداخله در گروه شبدر قرمز به 72/1±98/28 و در گروه دارونما به 51/0±59/17 رسید. این اختلاف در گروه مصرف کننده شبدر قرمز نسبت به پلاسبو بهطور معنیداری بیشتر بود (001/0>p). نتیجهگیری: شبدر قرمز اثرات مفیدی بر میزان عملکرد جنسی در زنان یائسه دارد، لذا میتواند بهعنوان یک درمان جایگزین پیشنهاد گردد.

بررسی تأثیر طب فشاری نقطه LV3 بر الگوی ضربان قلب جنین در حین تست بدون استرس جنین: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفیسازی شده
مقدمه: مانیتورینگ ضربان قلب جنین در واقع اولین تست بررسی سلامت جنین است. شرایط روحی مادر بر الگوی ضربان قلب جنین مؤثر است. طب فشاری بر اساس نقاط طب سوزنی عمل میکند و طبق نظریه عصبی - هورمونی، موجب ترشح انکفالینها و باعث کاهش سطح استرس و اضطراب مادر میشود، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر طب فشاری، نقطه LV3 بر الگوی ضربان قلب و حرکات جنین در حین تست بدون استرس جنین انجام شد. روشکار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1397 بر روی 84 مادر نخستزا با سن حاملگی 42-40 هفته در بیمارستان بنتالهدی بجنورد انجام شد. افراد بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. مداخله در گروه مداخله شامل فشار روی نقطه LV3 در هر پا بهمدت 5/2 دقیقه بود. در گروه کنترل حوالی نقطه لمس میشد. تست بدون استرس جنین بهمدت 20 دقیقه در دو مرحله 10 دقیقهای انجام میشد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 24) و آزمونهای کای اسکوئر، دقیق فیشر و تی مستقل انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: در گروه مداخله اختلاف میانگین متغیرهای میزان ضربان پایه قلب جنین، تعداد افزایش پایه ضربان قلب جنین، میزان افزایش پایه ضربان قلب جنین و تعداد حرکت جنین از نظر آماری معنادار بود و در 10 دقیقه دوم بعد از مداخله بیشتر از 10 دقیقه اول بود (05/0>p). اختلاف میانگین متغیرهای میزان افزایش پایه ضربان قلب جنین و تعداد حرکت جنین در دو مرحله اول و دوم در گروه مداخله بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود و این اختلاف میانگین از نظر آماری معنادار بود (05/0>p). نتیجهگیری: طب فشاری میتواند الگوی ضربان قلب و حرکات جنین را بهبود بخشیده و از موارد غیرواکنشی کاذب بهدلیل استرس مادر و مداخلات غیرضروری بهدنبال آن بکاهد.

بررسی تأثیر سولفات منیزیم موضعی بر پیشرفت افاسمان، دیلاتاسیون و طول مدت زایمان در زنان نخستزا
مقدمه: افاسمان و دیلاتاسیون، از مشخصههای مهم و تأثیرگذار بر سیر و مدت لیبر هستند. اختلال در پیشرفت آنها منجر به خارج شدن سیر لیبر از روند طبیعی میشود که میتواند هم برای مادر و هم برای نوزاد مشکلاتی را به همراه داشته باشد. سالهاست که در ایران از سولفات منیزیم موضعی جهت پیشرفت لیبر بهصورت تجربی استفاده میشود، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر سولفات منیزیم موضعی بر پیشرفت افاسمان، دیلاتاسیون و طول مدت زایمان در زنان نخستزا انجام شد.
روشکار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده دوسوکور بر روی 72 زن نخستزا با بارداری ترم که از اسفند ماه 1395 تا مهر ماه 1396 جهت انجام زایمان به بیمارستان مهدیه تهران مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. افراد بهروش تصادفی در دو گروه 36 نفری سولفات منیزیم و پلاسبو قرار گرفتند. در گروه سولفات منیزیم در ابتدای فاز فعال، 10 سیسی سولفات منیزیم 50% و در گروه پلاسبو 10 سیسی آب مقطر روی سرویکس ریخته شد و سپس سیر لیبر در دو گروه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 17) و آزمونهای تی مستقل، منویتنی، کای دو و دقیق فیشر انجام گرفت. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: میانگین طول مدت فاز فعال مرحله اول لیبر در گروه سولفات منیزیم 13/1±75/1 ساعت و در گروه پلاسبو 87/1±85/3 ساعت بود که نسبت به گروه سولفات منیزیم 10/2 ساعت طولانیتر بود (001/0=p). همچنین میزان افت هموگلوبین نیز در گروه سولفات بهطور معناداری کمتر از گروه کنترل بود (022/0=p). تعداد موارد زایمان طبیعی در گروه سولفات منیزیم بیشتر بود، اما این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نبود (429/0=p). از نظر بقیه موارد مانند آپگار نوزاد، پارگیهای کانال زایمان و شرایط مادر بعد از زایمان بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0<p).
نتیجهگیری: استفاده از سولفات منیزیم موضعی روی سرویکس در فاز فعال موجب بهبود افاسمان و دیلاتاسیون میشود و سیر لیبر را کوتاهتر میکند، اما بهدلیل اینکه مطالعات انجام شده در این مورد اندک هستند، توصیه به مطالعات بیشتر در این زمینه میشود.

تأثیر کرم Myrtus communis (گیاه مورد) بر ترمیم زخم و شدت درد اپیزیاتومی: کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور
مقدمه: اپیزیاتومی، از متداولترین اعمال جراحی در مامایی است و عوارض پس از آن شامل التهاب، ادم، باز شدگی زخم و درد پرینه میباشد. در گذشته گیاه مورد، برای درمان زخمها و تسکین درد استفاده میشده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر کرم گیاه مورد بر ترمیم زخم و شدت درد اپیزیاتومی انجام شد.
روشکار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور از تیر تا آبان ۱۳۹۷ بر روی ۱۰۰ زن نخستزا در بیمارستان امیرالمومنین علی (ع) شهر زابل انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان بهطور تصادفی کرم مورد یا دارونما را دریافت و از کرمهای کدگذاری شده، ۲ بار در روز بهمدت ۱۰ روز استفاده کردند. برای ارزیابی افراد از پرسشنامههای اطلاعات فردی و مامایی، ارزیابی وضعیت بهداشتی، مسکن مصرفی، مقیاس عددی درد، ارزیابی بهبود پرینه و جدول عوارض دارویی استفاده شد. سپس در 2 ساعت اول، روز پنجم و دهم بعد از زایمان، شدت درد و میزان بهبودی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS (نسخه ۲۳) و آزمونهای منویتنی، تی مستقل و کای دو انجام شد.میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنیدار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: دو گروه از نظر مشخصات دموگرافیک، مامایی و شدت درد در 2 ساعت اول پس از زایمان اختلاف آماری معنیداری نداشتند (۰۵/۰p>). اختلاف میانگین شدت درد در روز پنجم (۰۰۹/۰=p) و دهم (۰۱۲/۰=p)پس از زایمان در گروه گیاه مورد و دارونما معنیدار بود و در گروه کرم گیاه مورد میزان درد کمتر بود. میانگین امتیاز ریدا در گروه کرم گیاه مورد در روز پنجم پس از زایمان ۰۹/۱±۷۰/۱ و در گروه دارونما ۵۱/۱±۹۴/۲ (۰۰۱/۰p<) و در روز دهم در گروه کرم گیاه مورد ۸۵۴/۰±۰۴/۱ و در گروه دارونما ۶۲۰/۰±۰۶/۲ بود (۰۰۱/۰p<) که از نظر آماری معنیدار بود.
نتیجهگیری: کرم گیاه مورد بهعلت خواص التیامبخشی خود، بهبود زخم اپیزیاتومی را تسریع مینماید و شدت درد را کاهش میدهد.

بررسی تأثیر درمان با لووتیروکسین در مادران مبتلا به اختلالات تیروئیدی بر تکامل روانشناختی کودکان، مرور سیستماتیک
مقدمه: مطالعات متعددی ارتباط بین اختلالات تیروئید مادران در دوران بارداری و اختلالات عصبی در کودکان را مورد بررسی قرار دادهاند و نقش قابل توجه هورمونهای تیروئیدی مادر در تمام مراحل رشد سلولهای مغزی کودکان غیرقابل انکار میباشد. علیرغم مطالعات انجام شده، هنوز در مورد اینکه آیا درمان با لووتیروکسین در نارسایی هورمون تیروئید مادر باعث بهبود نتایج تکامل عصبی در کودکان میشود، اطمینان کافی وجود ندارد.مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر درمان با لووتیروکسین در زنان باردار مبتلا به اختلالات تیروئیدی بر تکامل عصبی کودکان انجام شد.
روشکار: در این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک، پایگاههای PubMed، Web of Science، Wiley،Google Scholar، Science direct و Scopus databases از سال 2019-1950 برای یافتن مقالات مرتبط انگلیسی با کلمات کلیدی مناسب مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. در این بررسی از انواع مطالعات از قبیل کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده، کوهورت، مورد شاهدی و گزارش موردی استفاده گردید. از بین 343 مقاله مرتبط در جستجوی اولیه، در نهایت 9 مطالعه واجد شرایط مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: از 9 مطالعه انجام شده در این زمینه، 7 مطالعه نشان دادند که تجویز لووتیروکسین به مادران مبتلا به اختلالات تیروئیدی، هیچ تأثیر معنیداری بر عملکرد شناختی کودکان و یا سایر شاخصهای توسعه عصبی ندارد و تنها در یک مطالعه گزارش موردی و یک مطالعه با 13 نمونه مورد بررسی، درمان منجر به بهبود تکامل هوشی عصبی کودکان شده بود.
نتیجهگیری: درمان با لووتیروکسین در زنان باردار مبتلا به اختلالات تیروئید، تأثیری بر بهبود تکامل عصبی کودکان ندارد.

تأثیر آرتریت روماتوئید بر عملکرد جنسی زنان مبتلا: یک مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز
مقدمه: مشکلات جنسی، یکی از مهمترین پیامدهای آرتریت روماتوئید در زنان مبتلا میباشد. این بیماری در زنان 3-2 برابر مردان است. مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آرتریت روماتوئید بر عملکرد جنسی زنان مبتلا انجام شد.
روشکار: در این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز، مقالات چاپ شده موجود در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی PubMed، Magiran، Scopus، SID و Google scholar با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی فارسی آرتریت، آرتریت روماتوئید، عملکرد جنسی، اختلال جنسی، اختلال عملکرد جنسی، فعالیت جنسی، رفتار جنسی، ﺑﺪﮐﺎرﮐﺮدی ﺟﻨﺴﯽ و کلمات کلیدی انگلیسی Rheumatoid arthritis، Sexual problems، sexual behavior، Sexual dysfunction، Sexual functioning، sexual activity و Sexual disorder تا سال 2019 جستجو شدند. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار STATA (نسخه 1/14) انجام شد. جهت بررسی عدم تجانس از شاخص I2 و جهت ترکیب دادهها و انجام متاآنالیز از مدل اثرات تصادفی استفاده شد.
یافتهها: 16 مقاله وارد مرور سیستماتیک شدند و در نهایت 10 مقاله با 1580 نفر مشارکت کننده وارد متاآنالیز شدند. نتایج متاآنالیز نشان داد که بر اساس مدل اثرات تصادفی، آرتریت روماتوئید باعث کاهش عملکرد جنسی زنان میشود (001/0=p؛ 77/0-، 24/1- :CI 95%؛ 01/1- =SMD) و (0001/0>p؛ 30/2-65/1: CI 95%؛ 95/1=RR).
نتیجهگیری: ابتلاء به آرتریت روماتوئید باعث کاهش عملکرد جنسی زنان میشود، لذا سیاستگذاران و ارائهدهندگان خدمات باید این گروه از بیماران را از نظر بروز مشکلات جنسی مدنظر داشته باشند و برنامههای مناسبی جهت ارتقاء عملکرد جنسی زنان مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید طراحی و اجرا نمایند.

گزارش مورد: فیستول وزیکویوترین بهدنبال زایمان واژینال
مقدمه: عوارض زایمانی مادری متعددی ممکن است بهدنبال هر یک از انواع زایمان ایجاد شود. یکی از این عوارض نادر اما پراهمیت و دردسرساز، فیستول اوروژنیتال میباشد. شیوع انواع مختلف فیستول اوروژنیتال بهدنبال زایمان بهروش سزارین بیشتر بوده و صرفاً موارد انگشتشماری بهدنبال زایمان واژینال گزارش شدهاند. در این مقاله، یک مورد بیمار دچار عارضه فیستول وزیکویوترین بهدنبال زایمان طبیعی گزارش میشود.
معرفی بیمار: بیمار خانمی 31 ساله حاملگی سوم و سابقه 2 زایمان طبیعی بدون مشکل و با درد زایمانی و سن حاملگی 38 هفته به اورژانس زنان بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) مشهد مراجعه کرده بود. پیشرفت زایمانی از دیلاتاسیون اولیه 5 سانتیمتر و افاسمان 60% در طی 2 ساعت از زمان مراجعه با انقباضات رحمی خودبهخودی مناسب انجام شد. پس از خروج سر و شانه، دیستوشی زایمانی در زمان خروج شکم بهدلیل توده بزرگ قابل لمس در شکم جنین ایجاد شد و زایمان بهسختی انجام گردید. حدود 10 روز پس از زایمان، بیمار با شکایت ترشح آبکی بدبو از واژن مراجعه نمود. پس از انجام تست متیلن بلو، تشخیص فیستول وزیکویوترین مطرح گردید و با انجام سیستوگرافی، تأیید نهایی تشخیص انجام شد. برای بیمار کاتتریزاسیون ادراری بهمدت 3 ماه تعبیه گردید و پس از انجام مجدد سیستوگرافی، فیستول وزیکویوترین کاملاً ترمیم یافته بود و نیاز به اقدام جراحی پیدا نشد.
نتیجهگیری: فیستول وزیکویوترین، از نادرترین انواع فیستولهای اوروژنیتال میباشد که اغلب بهدنبال سزارین و گاهی نیز پس از زایمان طبیعی ایجاد میگردد. یکی از فاکتورهای خطر فیستول وزیکویوترین بهدنبال زایمان طبیعی، "دیستوشی زایمانی" است. بسیاری از موارد فیستولهای وزیکویوترین با اقدامات نگهدارنده و حمایتی چندماهه ترمیم خودبهخودی پیدا میکنند و نیازی به اقدامات جراحی ندارند.
