IUD migration into adjacent viscera has been reported, but rarely migrates to the bladder. IUD migration into the bladder can cause stone formation. Many patients are asymptomatic and may have only irritative and obstructive urinary complaints. In this study, a patient is introduced that 10 years after insertion of IUD referred with hematuria and a stone on IUD migrated to bladder was found and improved with endoscopic treatment. Case Report: A 45-year-old woman with recurrent urinary tract infections and a history of gross hematuria referred to the clinic. Patients had a history of IUD insertion about 10 years ago. Abdominal and pelvic sonography revealed a 2×4 cm stone in urinary bladder. The patient undergone cystoscopy and a large stone was observed in the bladder that was quite nearby IUD. Endoscopic lithoclast broke stone and IUD was removed. Conclusion: Presence of irritative urinary symptoms and recurrent urinary tract infections in the women who have a history of IUD insertion, migration of the device to the urinary bladder should be considered. In these cases, Ultrasonography and cystoscopy can help to the diagnosis.}, keywords = {Bladder stone,Intrauterine Device (IUD),Urinary bladder}, title_fa = {گزارش درمان آندوسکوپی یک سنگ روی IUD در مثانه}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: وسایل داخل رحمی (IUD) سال‌های سال به عنوان وسیله جلوگیری از بارداری استفاده می‌شود و تاکنون در بیش از 100 میلیون زن استفاده شده است. مهاجرت IUD به احشای مجاور گزارش شده است، ولی مهاجرت آن به مثانه خیلی نادر است. ورود IUD به داخل مثانه می‌تواند باعث تشکیل سنگ روی آن شود. بسیاری از بیماران بدون علامت هستند و ممکن است از علائم تحریکی و انسدادی ادرار شکایت داشته باشند. در مطالعه حاضر بیماری معرفی می‌شود که 10 سال بعد از کارگذاری IUD با هماچوری مراجعه کرد و سنگی در رویIUD مهاجرت کرده به مثانه تشکیل شده بود که با درمان آندوسکوپیک بهبود یافت. معرفی بیمار: خانمی 45 ساله با عفونت‌های ادراری مکرر و سابقه یک نوبت هماچوری گروس به درمانگاه مراجعه کرد. بیمار سابقه قراردادن IUD حدود 10 سال قبل داشت. در سونوگرافی شکم و لگن، سنگ 4*2 سانتی‌متری در مثانه رؤیت شد. بیمار تحت سیستوسکوپی قرار گرفت و سنگی بزرگی در مثانه بیمار رؤیت شد که کاملاً اطراف IUD را گرفته بود. سنگ با درمان آندوسکوپیک شکسته شد و IUD خارج شد. نتیجه‌گیری: در هنگام بروز علائم تحریکی ادرار و عفونت‌های مکرر در خانمی که سابقه کارگذاری IUD در رحم داشته باشد، باید به فکر احتمال مهاجرت این وسیله به مثانه بود و در این موارد انجام سونوگرافی و سیستوسکوپی می‌تواند کمک‌کننده باشد.}, keywords_fa = {سنگ مثانه,مثانه,وسایل داخل رحمی,IUD}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_8986.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_8986_5669039cabb5eae6dec5f0270c71484a.pdf} }
