The aim of this report was to present the role of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of this syndrome.   Materials & Patients: Two women referred to us with a history of amenorrhea. They were 23 and 19 years olds. Physical examination showed normal pubic hair and normal development of external genitalia and breasts. Ultrasonography of abdomen showed; agenesis of the uterus and existence of two gonads near the internal inguinal rings. Hormonal assays were done and karyotype study showed 46XY. In order to confirm the diagnosis by laparoscopy, under general anesthesia and by using Hasson technique, a 10Fr trocar was inserted and totally the four   Results: Testes were seen in the abdomen of two patients. Because of the risk of gonadoblastoma, two 5F trocars were introduced in midclavicular lines (below the umbilicus), the gonads were released from the surrounding tissues, and after ligating the vascular attachments the gonads were excised and removed through the trocar incision sites. Post laparoscopy course was uneventful and both patients discharged home after two days. Histopathologic study of the removed gonads confirmed testicular features.   Conclusion: Having considered the minimal morbidity and complications in this two cases and report the experience of other authors, it seems that, laparoscopic gonadectomy might be a suitable option in managing patients with testicular feminization.}, keywords = {Gonadectomy,Testicular Feminization,Laparoscopic}, title_fa = {گزارش دو مورد حذف بیضه به روش لاپاروسکوپی در درمان بیضه زن ساز}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: بیضه زن ساز یکی از انواع دوجنسی بودن مردانه و یک سندرم نادر ارثی وابسته به کروموزوم X می باشد. در این گزارش دو مورد بیمار دارای بیضه زن ساز معرفی شده و ارزش لاپاروسکوپی در تشخیص ودرمان این بیماری ارزیابی شده است. معرفی بیمار: دو خانم نابارور با سابقه آمنوره به مرکز ما ارجاع شدند. در ارزیابی آنها با سونوگرافی شکمی و لگنی، فقدان رحم و حضور دو گناد در نزدیک رینگ داخلی اینگوینال دیده شد. موی زهار و رشد دستگاه تناسلی خارجی و پستان مانند زنان طبیعی بود. بررسی هورمونی انجام شد. کاریوتیپ 46XY بود. در سی تی اسکن شکم بیمار دوم دو گناد که بیانگر بیضه بودند، مشاهده شد. به منظور تشخیص به وسیله لاپاروسکوپ تحت بیهوشی عمومی و با تکنیک Hasson، تروکار 10 وارد شد. بیضه ها داخل شکم مشخص شدند و به علت خطر F 5 در هر دو بیمار، گونادکتومی انجام گرفت. هر دو بیمار دو روز بعد از عمل F گنادوبلاستوما، با قرار دادن 2 تروکار مرخص شدند .یافته های بافت شناسی وجود بیضه را تایید کرد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تجارب دیگران و تجربه اندک ما به نظر می رسد که حذف بیضه به روش لاپاروسکوپیک با موربیدیته کمتر و بدون عارضه قابل انجام است. }, keywords_fa = {حذف بیضه,بیضه زن ساز,دوجنسی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5912.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5912_56e9c68cf5bbaf40172035bf7c5a742d.pdf} }
