The most common cause of a nonreactive test is a period of fetal inactivity or quiet sleep. Many different methods have been tried to decrease the number of nonreactive NSTs. Probably the most common method of provoking fetal reaction is maternal ingestion of fruit juice as a source of glucose. The aim of this study is to determine whether maternal oral glucose ingestion influences non-stress test indices.   Methods: A clinical trial study was performed at Amir-al-momenin hospital in Ahvaz on 35 primiparous non-laboring healthy women with normal singleton pregnancy at 37-40 weeks of gestation. All women had a normal oral glucose tolerance test at 24-28 weeks of gestation. The women were evaluated in a fasting state (last meal more than 3 hours before non-stress test). The NSTs were performed 1 hour after oral ingestion of 50g of glucose in 240ml of water in first day and an equal volume of water during second day. Statistical analysis was performed using a paired t-test and chi-square test and p<0.05 was considered significant.   Results: There was no significant difference in fetal heart rate baseline, number and amplitude of fetal heart rate accelerations, beat to beat variability and number of variable decelerations among women whether receiving glucose or water (p>0.05).However, there was an increase in duration of fetal heart rate acceleration followed by oral ingestion of glucose (p<0.01).   Conclusion: Maternal oral glucose ingestion is not able to reduce the false-positive results of non-stress tests.    }, keywords = {Fetal assessment methods,Fetal heart rate acceleration,Glucose,Non- stress test}, title_fa = {ت أ ثیر محلول خوراکی گلوکز بر شاخص های آزمون بدون استرس جنین}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه : آزمون بدون استرس جنین رایجترین روش ارزیابی جنین در سه ماهه سوم بارداری است . یکـی از جنبـههـای خواب جنین می باشد . جهت کاهش موارد مثبت کاذب این تست روشهای مختلفی پیشنهاد شده اسـت . از روشهـای منفی این آزمون، بالابودن موارد مثبت کاذب است . شایعترین علت موارد مثبت کاذب آزمون بی حرکتی یا دوره هـای  شایع کاهش موارد مثبت کاذب ، استفاده از آبمیوه بهعنوان منبع گلوکز قبل از انجام آزمون بدون استرس جنین بـرای بیدارکردن جنین است . هدف از انجام این مطالعه ، تعیین ت أ ثیر محلول خوراکی گلوکز بر شـ اخصهـای آزمـون بـدون استرس جنین بود.  روش کار : این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی روی ۳۵ مادر نخست زای سالم با حاملگی یک قلـویی در هفتـههـای ۳۷- ۴۰  بارداری در بیمارستان امیرالمومنین (ع ) اهواز انجام شد . نمونههای مطالعه، همگی در هفتههای ۲۴- ۲۸ حاملگی ، تست  تحمل گلوکز طبیع ی داشتند . واحدهای پ ژوهش به مدت ۲ روز متوالی در حالت ناشتا مراجعه نمودند و ۱ ساعت بعد از خوردن ۲۴۰ میلی لیتر آب معدنی در روز اول و محلول خوراکی حاوی ۵۰ گرم گلوکز در روز دوم، مورد آزمـون بـدون استرس جنین قرار گرفتند . برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار تحلیلی ( آزمون کای دو و t ) استفاده شد.  یافته ها : بین مصرف گلوکز و شاخصهای آزمون بدون استرس جنین ارتباط معنی داری وجود نداشت و میانگین تعداد  ضربان پایه قلب جنین، تعداد و دامنه افزایش ضربان قلب جنین، تغییرات ضربه به ضربه و افت متغیر ضربان قلب جنین  بعد از مصرف آب و گلوگز یکسان بود (p>۰/۰۵ ) اما اختلاف معنی داری در میانگین طول مدت افزایش های ضربان قلب جنین (p= ۰/۰۱۱ ) در دو گروه مشاهده شد.  نتیجه گیری : مصرف گلوکز قبل از انجام آزمون بدون استرس جنین ، قادر به کاهش موارد مثبت کـاذب ایـن آزمـون  نیست.}, keywords_fa = {تست های ارزیابی سلامت جنین,آزمون بدون استرس جنین,گلوکز,افزایش ضربان قلب جنین}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5832.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5832_d9212c3ecbb1734fb174a0ef3f6e7740.pdf} }
