Recent studies in this field have manifested different outcomes. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the quality of life after hysterectomy in women with natural menopause and women who had undergone surgery.   Methods:This cross-sectional study was performed at least 3 months after hysterectomy, on180 women who were selected by random sampling. Quality of life was measured with Ferrans and Powers Quality of Life Index, which contained 66 items. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and Chi square test, Pearson correlation and variance analysis by SPSS14 software.   Results:Mean of quality of life was 11.93 ± 2.55 (min 8.5, Max 21.5). Mean of quality of life score in pre-hysterectomy menopause, post-hysterectomy menopause and non menopause were respectively (12.54±2.73), (11.4±2.31) and (11.58±2.251), and was significantly different in three groups (P=0.003). Social psychological subscales of life quality showed a significant difference in three groups.   Conclusion:Low qualities of life were seen after hysterectomy particularly for social and psychological aspects in premenopausal women. Use of alternative treatments for relief of symptoms is recommended as an important component of treatment for these women.}, keywords = {Hysterectomy,Menopause,Quality of life,Women health}, title_fa = {مقایسه کیفیت زندگی زنان یائسه و غیر یائسه بعداز هیسترکتومی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هیسترکتومی یکی از شایع‌ترین جراحی‌های زنان است که 90% این موارد غیر اورژانس و به ‌منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان انجام می‌شود، اما مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه کیفیت زندگی زنان هیسترکتومی شده، نتایج متفاوتی ارائه نموده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین کیفیت زندگی پس از هیسترکتومی در زنان ایرانی با یائسگی طبیعی و یائسگی به‌دنبال جراحی انجام شد.   روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی روی180 زن که حداقل 3 ماه از هیسترکتومی آنها گذشته بود و با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در سه گروه یائسه قبل از هیسترکتومی، یائسه بعداز هیسترکتومی و غیر یائسه قرار گرفتند، انجام شد. کیفیت زندگی آنان با استفاده از ابزار 66 آیتمی کیفیت زندگی فرانتس پاورز بررسی شد. داده‌ها با شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون مجذور کای، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آنالیز واریانس آنووا به‌کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS (نسخه 14) تحلیل شد.   یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی کل 55/2±93/11 با حداقل 5/8 و حداکثر 25/21 بود. میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی در سه گروه یائسه قبل از هیسترکتومی، یائسه بعداز هیسترکتومی و غیر یائسه به‌ترتیب (73/2 ±54/12)، (31/2 ±4/11) و (51/2±58/11) بود. مقایسه میانگین دو گروه اول تفاوت معنا‌دار نشان داد (003/0p=). نمرات معیارهای این گروه کیفیت زندگی در ابعاد اجتماعی روانی تفاوت معنا‌دار بین سه گروه نشان داد.   نتیجه‌گیری: کیفیت زندگی به‌ویژه در ابعاد روانی و اجتماعی در زنانی که قبل از رسیدن به سن یائسگی هیسترکتومی می‌شوند پایین است. استفاده از روش‌های جایگزین به منظور تسکین علایم و انجام مشاوره روانی  بعنوان جزء ضروری و مکمل درمان پیشنهاد می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {کیفیت زندگی,هیسترکتومی,یائسگی,سلامت زنان}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5801.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5801_e9b23def54417918890bdc1498838e70.pdf} }
