This distress causes maternal hypertension and hypersecretion of epinephrine and norepinephrin. Pain control strategies consist of pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods. Yet, there is no ideal drug to control anxiety during labor since all the available drugs pass through placenta and cause fetal depression. The aim of this study was comparison of effect of Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and acupressure in decreasing labor pain in primiparous women. Methods: In present quasi-experimental study, 135 primiparous women randomly divided into three groups: acupressure, TENS, and control group. Intervention was begun in cervical dilatation of 3-4 cm on SP6 location for 30 minutes. Pressure in the first group and TENS like acupuncture in the second group were applied. No method was held on the third group. Pain severity was assessed by Visual Analog Scale in four phases in all groups: before intervention in dilatation of 3-4 cm, immediately after intervention, 30 and 60 minutes after intervention. Results: The immediate, 30, and 60 minutes after intervention pain severity in first two groups was significantly lower than in control group. There was no significant difference between the acupressure and TENS groups before and immediately after intervention, but the labor pain 30 and 60 minutes after intervention was significantly lower in TENS group. (p<0.001) Conclusion: Both TENS and acupressure methods decreased the pain during the first stage of labor in primiparous women but TENS was more effective.}, keywords = {Acupressure,Labor pain,Primiparous,Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation}, title_fa = {مقایسه تأثیر دو روش طب فشاری و تحریک الکتریکی پوست بر شدت درد زایمان در زنان باردار نخست زا}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: دیسترس ناشی از درد مادر در هنگام زایمان می تواند مادر و جنین را در معرض خطر قرار دهد. درد می تواند باعث افزایش فشار خون، افزایش ترشح اپی نفرین و نوراپی نفرین در مادر شود. راه های کنترل درد شامل استفاده از داروها و موارد غیردارویی می باشد. در حال حاضر هیچ داروی ایده آلی برای کنترل درد زایمان وجود ندارد و داروهای فعلی از جفت عبور کرده و بر روی جنین تأثیر می گذارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر دو روش طب فشاری و تحریک الکتریکی پوست بر شدت دردهای زایمانی در زنان نخست باردار انجام شد. روشکار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1385-86 بر روی 135 زن نخست زا انجام شد. افراد به طور تصادفی در 3 گروه طب فشاری، تحریک الکتریکی پوست و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. مداخله در دیلاتاسیون 3-4 سانتیمتر سرویکس بر روی نقطه SP6 صورت گرفت. در گروه اول از فشار و در گروه دوم از تحریک الکتریکی پوست شبه سوزنی استفاده شد. گروه سوم از هیچ روشی استفاده نکردند. شدت درد در هر 3 گروه با استفاده از نمودار بصری - عددی طی 4 مرحله قبل از مداخله در دیلاتاسیون 3 -4 سرویکس، بلافاصله پس از مداخله، 30 و 60 دقیقه پس از مداخله مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: شدت درد بلافاصله و 30 و 60 دقیقه پس از مداخله در گروه طب فشاری و تحریک الکتریکی پوست نسبت به گروه کنترل به طور معنی داری کاهش یافته بود، همچنین در مقایسه تأثیر طب فشاری و تحریک الکتریکی پوست بر کاهش درد در دیلاتاسیون 3-4 سانتیمتر و بلافاصله بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد (p=0/05)، اما شدت درد 30 و 60 دقیقه پس از مداخله در گروه تحریک الکتریکی پوست به طور معنی داری کمتر بود (p<0/001). نتیجهگیری: طب فشاری و تحریک الکتریکی پوست هر دو باعث کاهش دردهای زایمانی می شـوند امـا تـأثیر تحر یـ ک الکتریکی پوست بیشتر است. }, keywords_fa = {تحریک الکتریکی پوست,درد زایمان,طب فشاری,نخست زا}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5697.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_5697_6b225a022fb43e64452735ee87ecd5cb.pdf} }
