Posttraumatic stress disorder is one of the anxiety disorders. Prevalence of posttraumatic stress disorder after preeclampsia has been reported 28% in previous studies. Since in cases with preeclampsia often early termination of pregnancy by cesarean section is necessary, and according to the contradictory results in this field, this study was done to investigate posttraumatic stress disorder in women with preeclampsia in differentiation of childbirth. Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on 100 pregnant women with preeclampsia admitted in governmental hospitals of Mashhad in 2011. Available sampling method was selected and cases were divided into three groups: vaginal delivery, elective cesarean delivery and emergency cesarean section. Posttraumatic stress disorder was compared between 3 groups. Posttraumatic stress disorder was measured by Prenatal posttraumatic stress questionnaire around childbirth and 6 weeks after delivery. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 and chi-square and ANOVA tests. P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The prevalence of posttraumatic stress disorder in three groups was statistically significant (vaginal delivery 35.7%, elective cesarean delivery 0%, emergency cesarean section 15.8%). Posttraumatic stress disorder was more in vaginal delivery group and less in elective cesarean group (p=0.032). The mean score of posttraumatic stress disorder was not statistically significant in three groups (vaginal delivery 5.0±2.3, elective cesarean 4.1±0.4, emergency cesarean 4.6±2.8). Conclusions: The prevalence and average of posttraumatic stress disorder was higher following vaginal delivery compared with elective and emergency cesarean. It is recommended to identify possible causes and take action to fix it.  }, keywords = {Delivery methods,Posttraumatic,Preeclampsia,Stress disorders}, title_fa = {بررسی اختلال استرس پس از ضربه در مبتلایان به پره اکلامپسی به تفکیک نوع زایمان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: بروز بیماری های روانی از جمله اضطراب، اختلالات وسواسی و خلقی در دوره بارداری و دوره پس از زایمان بیشتر است. یکی از اختلالات اضطرابی، اختلال استرس پس از ضربه می باشد. شیوع اختلال استرس پس از ضربه به دنبال پره اکلامپسی در مطالعات مختلف 28% گزارش شده است. از آنجایی که در افراد مبتلا به پره اکلامپسی در اغلب موارد، لزوم ختم بارداری زودرس توسط سزارین وجود دارد و با توجه به نتایج متناقض در این زمینه، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اختلال استرس پس از ضربه در مبتلایان به پره اکلامپسی به تفکیک نوع زایمان انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1390 بر روی 100 زن باردار مبتلا به پره اکلامپسی بستری در زایشگاه های بیمارستان های دولتی مشهد انجام شد. افراد به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در سه گروه زایمان واژینال، سزارین انتخابی و سزارین اورژانس قرار گرفتند و از نظر اختلال استرس پس از ضربه زایمان با هم مقایسه شدند. اختلال استرس پس از ضربه توسط پرسشنامه اختلال استرس پس از ضربه حول و حوش تولد و در هفته 6 پس از زایمان سنجیده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های آماری کای اسکوئر و ANOVA انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: فراوانی اختلال استرس پس از ضربه در سه گروه معنادار بود (زایمان طبیعی 7/35 درصد، سزارین انتخابی صفر درصد، سزارین اورژانس 8/15 درصد). فراوانی اختلال در گروهی که زایمان واژینال داشتند از همه بیشتر و در گروهی که سزارین انتخابی داشتند وجود نداشت (032/0=p). ولی میانگین نمره اختلال در سه گروه معنی دار نبود (زایمان طبیعی 3/2±0/5، سزارین انتخابی 4/0±1/4، سزارین اورژانس 8/2±6/4). نتیجه‌گیری: میانگین و شیوع اختلال استرس پس از ضربه به دنبال زایمان واژینال نسبت به سزارین انتخابی و اورژانس بیشتر بود، لذا پیشنهاد می شود علل احتمالی شناسایی و جهت رفع آن اقدام شود.  }, keywords_fa = {پره اکلامپسی,فشار ناشی از ضربه های روانی,نوع زایمان}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_451.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_451_d06bd0e2aa44b9142747c84e2d3bdab5.pdf} }
