This study was performed with the aim to diagnose aneuploidies by amniocentesis in high risk cases identified by first trimester screening test. Methods: This descriptive-analytic (cross-sectional) study was performed on 121 pregnant women that their result of Down syndrome and other Aneuploidy screening were high risk at first trimester of pregnancy (11 to 13 weeks and 6 days) and were referred to fetus medicine section of Tabriz Alzahra hospital to perform amniocentesis (15-20 weeks) in 2013. A questionnaire was used for data collection which includes demographic characteristics of the subjects, data obtained by the results of first trimester screening tests, and data obtained by amniocentesis (the results of fetus karyotype). Data was analyzed using SPSS software (version 13) and coefficient tests, T-Test, and ANOVA. P≤0.05 was considered significant. Results: Aneuploidy was detected in 11 newborns that 5 Down syndrome, 3 cases of trisomy 18, and 1 Klinefelter's syndrome were identified. There were significant relationship between risk of Down syndrome and amniocentesis results (P= 0.0001) and between increasing NT thickness and amniocentesis results (P= 0.04). There was no significant relationship between demographic characteristics of the subjects and results of first trimester screening (P>0.05). There were significant relationship between age (P= 0.03), number of delivery (P= 0.047), number of alive children (P= 0.036) and history of anomaly in previous child (P= 0.001) and amniocentesis results. Conclusion: In the present study, 10% of high risk cases identified by first trimester screening test were diagnosed as aneuploidy by amniocentesis.}, keywords = {Amniocentesis,Aneuploidy,Down syndrome,First trimester of pregnancy,Screening}, title_fa = {تشخیص آنوپلوئیدی ها به وسیله آمنیوسنتز در موارد پرخطر تست غربالگری سه ماهه اول بارداری}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: تشخیص زودرس ناهنجاری های مادرزادی در اوایل بارداری و ختم آنها می‌تواند از تولد نوزادان معلول که سربار خانواده و جامعه هستند، جلوگیری کند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تشخیص آنوپلوئیدی‌ ها به وسیله آمنیوسنتز در موارد پرخطر تست‌ غربالگری سه‌ ماهه اول بارداری انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی (مقطعی) در سال 1392 بر روی 121 نفر از زنان بارداری که نتایج غربالگری سندرم داون و سایر آنوپلوئیدی های آنها در تست سه ماهه اول بارداری (11 هفته تا 13 هفته و 6 روز) پرخطر قید شده بود و جهت انجام آمنیوسنتز (20-15 هفته) به بخش طب جنین بیمارستان الزاهراء تبریز مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه‌ای بود که شامل مشخصات واحدهای پژوهش، اطلاعات حاصل از نتایج تست‌های غربالگری سه ماهه اول بارداری و اطلاعات حاصل از آمنیوسنتز (نتایج کاریوتیپ جنین) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 13) و آزمون‌های همبستگی، تست ‌تی و آنووا انجام شد. میزان p کمتر یا مساوی 05/0 معنی‌‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها:. 11 مورد از جنین‌ها، مبتلا به آنوپلوئیدی بودند که 5 مورد سندرم داون، 3 مورد تریزومی 18 و یک مورد کلاین فیلتر شناسایی شد. بین افزایش خطر سندرم داون و نتایج آمنیوسنتز (0001/0=p) و بین افزایش ضخامت NT و نتایج آمنیوسنتز (04/0=p) ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت. هیچ یک از مشخصات واحدها با نتایج غربالگری در سه ماهه اول بارداری ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری نداشتند (05/0p≥). سن (03/0=p)، تعداد زایمان (047/0=p) و تعداد فرزند زنده (036/0=p) و سابقه آنومالی در فرزند قبلی (001/0=p) با نتایج آمنیوسنتز ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: در مطالعه حاضر آمنیوسنتز از بین موارد پرخطر شناسایی شده توسط تست‌ غربالگری سه‌ ماهه اول بارداری، 10% را به عنوان موارد آنوپلوئیدی تشخیص داد.}, keywords_fa = {آمنیوسنتز,آنوپلوئیدی,سندرم داون,سه ماهه اول بارداری,غربالگری}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_3507.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_3507_18a4ddc88fd7a981d6e6e1c0c1edfc4d.pdf} }
