There are multiple risk factors for etiology of this syndrome. Recently, season of conception and birth is taken into consideration. This study was done to determine the relationship between season of conception, birth and other predictors in women with eclampsia. Methods: This descriptive-analytical retrospective study was conducted on 623 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia and eclampsia who referred to Alzahra and Taleghani hospitals in Tabriz, Iran during 2007 to 2012. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing information about socio-demographic and information about conception and birth season. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 17, descriptive statistics and logistic regression tests. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: Age and parity were estimated to be as independent predictor of eclampsia. There was a significant association between pre-eclampsia and season of conception (p<0.01). The risk of eclampsia in the spring was 5 times more than autumn (OR=4.87, 95%, CI=1.94 to 12.20). There was no significant association between eclampsia and season of birth (p=0.13). Conclusion: There is a significant association between eclampsia and season of conception.  }, keywords = {Delivery/Obstetric,Eclampsia,Fertilization,Pre-eclampsia,Seasons}, title_fa = {فصل لقاح، زایمان و سایر پیشگویی کننده ها در زنان مبتلا به اکلامپسی مراجعه کننده به مراکز آموزشی درمانی الزهرا و طالقانی تبریز در سال های 91-1386}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پره اکلامپسی و اکلامپسی، از عوارض شایع بارداری و یکی از سه علل اصلی مرگ و میر مادران محسوب می شوند. عوامل خطر متعددی در ایجاد این سندرم مطرح است. اخیراً تأثیر فصل لقاح و زایمان، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط فصل لقاح، زایمان و سایر پیشگویی کننده ها در زنان مبتلا به اکلامپسی انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفی گذشته‌نگر با رویکرد تحلیلی در سال های 91-1386 بر روی 623 زن باردار با تشخیص پره‌اکلامپسی و اکلامپسی در بیمارستان‌های الزهراء و طالقانی تبریز انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه‌ای حاوی مشخصات فردی- اجتماعی و اطلاعاتی در مورد فصل لقاح و فصل زایمان بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 17) و روش های آمار توصیفی و آزمون رگرسیون لوجستیک انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته ‌شد. یافته‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر، سن و تعداد زایمان پیشگویی کننده مستقل اکلامپسی برآورد شدند. ارتباط معنی داری بین اکلامپسی و فصل لقاح وجود داشت (01/0>p)؛ به گونه ای که احتمال ابتلاء به اکلامپسی در لقاح فصل بهار، 5 برابر فصل پاییز بود اما ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری بین اکلامپسی و فصل زایمان مشاهده نشد (13/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: بین اکلامپسی با فصل لقاح ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد.  }, keywords_fa = {اکلامپسی,پره اکلامپسی,پیشگویی کننده,زایمان,فصل,لقاح}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_2003.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_2003_6748467ef0b01963c33b625316568423.pdf} }
