In normal pregnancy, circulating HSP70 levels are decreased and it was suggested to be elevated in several pregnancy complications. The role of circulating HSP70 in normal and pathological pregnancies is not fully known. The aim of this study was to investigate the association between serum HSP70 levels and preeclampsia. Methods:This cross sectional study was conducted on 41 preeclamptic women and 39 healthy pregnant women in third trimester of pregnancy who admitted to Qaem hospital of Mashhad, Iran in 2010-2011. All subjects were in their first pregnancy. The two groups were followed until delivery in terms of maternal and fetal complications. Serum HSP70 levels were measured using ELISA method in patients. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 16), independent t-test, Fisher's exact and Mann-Whitney tests. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: The two groups were not significantly different in terms of maternal age, gestational age and body mass index (p>0.05). Serum HSP70 levels in patients with preeclampsia were significantly higher than those with normal pregnancies (p<0.001). There was no significant relationship between HSP70 and body mass index as well as between HSP70 and maternal age and gestational age (p>0.05). There was no correlation between HSP70 and maternal systolic blood pressure (p<0.001). Conclusion: Serum HSP70 levels in patients with preeclampsia was higher than those with normal pregnancy. Serum HSP70 is not only be a marker for these conditions, it may also play an important role in pathogenesis of preeclampsia.  }, keywords = {HSP70 Heat-Shock Proteins,pregnancy,Pre-eclampsia}, title_fa = {بررسی مقایسه ای سطح سرمی پروتئین شوک حرارتی نوع 70 در پره اکلامپسی و بارداری طبیعی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پروتئین های شوک حرارتی (HSPs)، به مجموع پروتئین های داخل سلولی گفته می‌شوند که در شرایط استرسی در سلول بیان می‌شوند. در بارداری طبیعی، سطح HSP70 کاهش می یابد و افزایش سطح این پروتئین ها در همراهی با چندین عارضه بارداری مشاهده شده است. نقش HSP70 در بارداری های طبیعی و پاتولوژیک به خوبی شناخته نشده است، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط سطح سرمی HSP70 و پره اکلامپسی انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال های 1390-1389 بر روی 41 بیمار مبتلا به پره اکلامپسی و 39 زن با بارداری طبیعی در سه ماهه سوم بارداری در بیمارستان قائم (عج) مشهد انجام شد. تمام افراد، نخست باردار بودند. افراد دو گروه تا زمان زایمان از نظر عوارض مادری و جنینی پیگیری شدند. سطح HSP70 در سرم های بیماران با استفاده از روش الایزا اندازه گیری شد. داده ها پس از گردآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های تی مستقل، دقیق فیشر و من ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: دو گروه از نظر سن مادر، سن بارداری و شاخص توده بدنی تفاوت معناداری نداشتند (05/0p). بین HSP70 و شاخص توده بدنی و همچنین بین HSP70 و سن مادر و سن بارداری، ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0p). نتیجه‌گیری: غلظت سرمی HSP70 در افراد مبتلا به پره اکلامپسی، بالاتر از افراد با بارداری طبیعی است. HSP70 نه تنها می تواند یک نشانگر برای این شرایط باشد، بلکه می تواند نقش مهمی در پاتوژنز پره اکلامپسی داشته باشد.  }, keywords_fa = {بارداری طبیعی,پروتئین شوک حرارتی نوع 70,پره اکلامپسی}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_1925.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_1925_15b0fcef1aa531c6f715047ee12493fb.pdf} }
