According to the results of some studies, Vitamin D deficiency during pregnancy and labor may play a role in premature rupture of membranes by mechanism of inflammation in the placenta. Considering to the high prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in pregnancy and lack of knowledge about of the determinants of premature rupture of membranes, this study was performed with aim to investigate the relationship between maternal vitamin D levels with premature rupture of membranes. Methods: This case-control study was performed on 200 pregnant women with gestational age of 28-41 weeks who referred to Ardabil Alavi Hospital in 2018. 100 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes were selected as the case group and 100 pregnant women without rupture of membranes as the control group. Blood samples were taken from both groups to measure serum levels of 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D. Demographic information, laboratory data, history and type of maternal delivery were collected. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 20) and Chi-Square and T-tests. P<0/05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Serum level of vitamin D in the case group was 22/73 ±11/87 nanomoles per liter and in the control group was 25/16 ±12/48 nanomoles per liter; the difference between two groups was not statistically significant (p=0/09). Conclusion: There was no association between maternal vitamin D levels and premature rupture of membranes. Further research with a larger number of samples and complete control of the intervention agents is needed to investigate the relationship between maternal vitamin D levels and the occurrence of premature rupture of membranes.}, keywords = {Fetal Membranes,Pregnant Women,Premature rupture of membranes,Vitamin D}, title_fa = {ارتباط سطح ویتامین D مادر با پارگی زودرس پرده‌های جنینی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پارگی زودرس پرده‌های جنینی نه تنها مشکل بزرگی از نظر پزشکی، بلکه مشکل اجتماعی و اقتصادی نیز می‌باشد. بر اساس نتایج برخی مطالعات، کمبود ویتامین D در طی بارداری و در حین زایمان با مکانسیم ایجاد التهاب در جفت ممکن است در پارگی زودرس پرده‌های جنینی نقش داشته باشد. با توجه به شیوع بالای کمبود ویتامین D در بارداری و عدم آگاهی از عوامل قطعی مساعدکننده‌ پارگی زودرس پرده‌های جنینی، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط سطح ویتامین D مادر با پارگی زودرس پرده‌های جنینی انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مورد- شاهدی در سال 1397 بر روی 200 زن باردار با سن حاملگی 41-28 هفته مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز بیمارستان علوی اردبیل انجام شد. 100 زن باردار مبتلا به پارگی زودرس پرده جنینی به عنوان گروه مورد و 100 زن باردار بدون پارگی پرده جنینی به‌عنوان گروه شاهد انتخاب شدند. از افراد هر دو گروه نمونه خون جهت اندازه‌گیری سطح سرمی 25 هیدروکسی ویتامین D3 گرفته شد. اطلاعات دموگرافیک، داده‌های آزمایشگاهی، شرح‌حال و نوع زایمان مادران جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمون‌های کای اسکوئر و تی تست انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: سطح سرمی ویتامین D در گروه مورد 87/11±73/22 نانومول بر لیتر و در گروه شاهد 48/12±16/25 نانومول بر لیتر بود که این تفاوت در دو گروه از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود (09/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: بین سطح ویتامین D مادر با پارگی زودرس پرده‌های جنینی ارتباطی وجود ندارد. برای بررسی ارتباط بین سطح ویتامین D مادر و وقوع پارگی زودرس پرده‌های جنینی، انجام تحقیقات بیشتر با تعداد نمونه بزرگ‌تر و کنترل کامل عوامل مداخله‌گر ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {پارگی زودرس پرده جنینی,پرده‌های جنینی,زنان باردار,ویتامین D}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_15733.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_15733_2995a3d77f259ecc6cbb17201ee98d5e.pdf} }
