This study was performed with aim to compare the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and pharmaceutical hyoscine - promethazine compound on duration of second phase of labor. Methods: This two-group clinical trial was performed on 84 eligible pregnant women referred to Shahid Chamran Hospital of Kangavar division in 2017. The subjects were placed in two groups of TENS and hyoscine - promethazine (n=42 in each group). In medication group, 20 mg of hyoscine and 25 mg of promethazine were conjointly intramuscularly given at the onset of active phase. In TENS group, TENS device was used with 1 pair of upper electrodes being placed between L1-T10 and 1 pair of lower ones being placed between S2-S4 on both sides of spinal column. Duration of the second phase of labor was assessed in both groups. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 17), and Chi-square test, and independent t-test, and paired sample t test. PResults: Mean of contraction duration during the first phase of labor showed no significant difference between two groups (P=0.86). Also, two groups had no significant difference in terms of mean of contraction frequency (P=0.23). Duration of second phase of labor was 26.1  1.96 min in TENS group and 30.7  1.54 min in hyoscine-promethazine group, that no significant difference was observed between two groups (P=0.232). Conclusion: The effect of TENS and Hyoscine-Promethazine combination on duration of second stage of labor was similar.}, keywords = {Hoyscine,Promethazine,Second phase of labor,Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation}, title_fa = {مقایسه تأثیر تحریک الکتریکی عصب از راه پوست با ترکیب دارویی هیوسین-پرومتازین بر طول مرحله دوم زایمان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه:طول مدت زایمان، از عوامل مؤثر بر نتایج حاملگی و آسیب‌های وارده بر مادر و جنین است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر تحریک الکتریکی عصب از راه پوست (TENS) با ترکیب دارویی هیوسین - پرومتازین بر طول مدت مرحله دوم زایمان انجام گرفت. روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی دو گروهه در سال 1396 بر روی 84 زن باردار واجد شرایط مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان شهید چمران شهرستان کنگاور انجام گرفت. افراد در دو گروه 42 نفره TENS و هیوسین- پرومتازین قرار گرفتند. در شروع فاز فعال در گروه دارو 20 میلی‌گرم هیوسین و 25 میلی‌گرم پرومتازین به‌صورت یک‌بار تزریق توأم عضلانی تجویز شد. در گروه TENS از دستگاه TENS با دو جفت الکترود به ترتیبی که الکترودهای بالایی بین مهره‌های L1-T10 و الکترودهای پایینی بین مهره‌های S2-S4 در دو طرف ستون مهره‌ها قرار گرفت، استفاده شد. طول مدت مرحله دوم در دو گروه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه17) و آزمون‌های کای دو، تی مستقل و تی زوجی انجام شد. میزان p‌ کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: دو گروه از نظر میانگین طول انقباضات در مرحله اول زایمان تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری نداشتند (86/0=p). همچنین دو گروه از نظر میانگین تعداد انقباضات تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری نداشتند (23/0=p). طول مدت مرحله دوم زایمان در گروه تحریک الکتریکی عصب از راه پوست 96/1±1/26 دقیقه و در گروه هیوسین-پرومتازین 54/1±7/30 بود که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد (232/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: تأثیر TENS و ترکیب دارویی هیوسین-پرومتازین بر طول مرحله دوم زایمان مشابه بوده و تفاوتی ندارند.}, keywords_fa = {پرومتازین,تحریک الکتریکی عصب از راه پوست,مرحله دوم زایمان,هیوسین}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_13916.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_13916_79e097033b16555797f85b5883dbfe58.pdf} }
