Protein C, S, Antithrombin III deficiency is of the min factors of this disease. The presence of antiphospholipid antibodies, such as Lupus Anticoagulant, antiphospholipid, anticardiolipineand and B2 glycoprotein can lead to recurrent abortion.  This study was performed with aim to determine the serum level of these factors in women with recurrent abortion. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed in 2017 on 80 women with recurrent abortion who had abortion at first trimester of pregnancyand had referred to gynecology clinic. Clotting method was used to determine theprevalence of deficiency of natural anticoagulant proteins.ELIZA method was used to determine the presence of antibodies ofantiphospholipidsyndrome. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 22) and t-test. PResults: Activated Protein C-Resistance was found in 21.3% of cases, prevalence of PS deficiency and PC deficiency individually with 8.8%, component PSD and PCD in 3.7% and AT-III deficiency in 1.3% of patients. Presence of LAC in our patients was 3.8%. The prevalence of APA, LAC, ACA and B2 microglobulin were 2.5%, 3.8%, 1.3 and 2.5% respectively. Conclusion: APC-R was the most common deficiency of natural coagulant inhibitors in women with recurrent abortion who referred to clinical laboratory of Bagheatalah general hospital in Tehran.}, keywords = {Natural coagulant Inhibitors,Antiphospholipid syndrome,Recurrent abortion}, title_fa = {بررسی فراوانی نقص پروتئین‌های C و S و آنتی‌ترومبین III و حضور آنتی‌بادی‌های سندرم آنتی‌فسفولیپید در زنان مبتلا به سقط‌های مکرر جنین}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سقط مکرر به بروز بیشتر از سه سقط جنین قبل از نیمه اول بارداری اطلاق می‌شود. از عوامل مهم این بیماری، نقص پروتئین‌های ضد انعقادی C، S و آنتی‌ترومبین III می‌باشد. از طرفی وجود آنتی‌بادی‌های سندرم فسفولیپید مانند فاکتور LA (لوپوس آنتی کواگولانت)، آنتی‌فسفولیپید، آنتی‌کاردیولیپین و بتا-دو گلیکوپروتئین می‌تواند عامل سقط مکرر گردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان سرمی این فاکتورها در زنان مبتلا به سقط مکرر انجام گرفت. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1396 بر روی 80 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به سقط مکرر که در سه ماهه اول بارداری سقط داشتند و به درمانگاه زنان مراجعه نمودند، انجام شد. برای تعیین میزان شیوع نقص پروتئین‌های مهار‌کننده انعقادی از روش تشکیل لخته و جهت تعیین میزان آنتی‌بادی‌های سندرم فسفولیپیدی از روش الایزا استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 22) و آزمون تی تست انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: مقاومت به پروتئین C فعال با 3/21%، نقص PS و نقص PC هر کدام با 8/8%، نقص توأم پروتئین C و S به صورت همزمان 7/3% و نقص AT-III در 3/1% بیماران مشاهده شد. میزان شیوع فاکتور لوپوس آنتی‌کواگولانت 8/3%، آنتی‌فسفولیپید 5/2%، بتا-دو گلیکوپروتئین 5/2% و آنتی‌کاردیولیپین IgG 3/1% بود. حضور آنتی‌کاردیولیپین IgM در هیچ‌یک از بیماران مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: مقاومت به پروتئین C فعال، شایع‌ترین نقص پروتئین ضدانعقادی طبیعی در زنان مبتلا به سقط‌های مکرر مراجعه‌کننده به آزمایشگاه تشخیص طبی بیمارستان فوق تخصصی بقیه‌الله تهران می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {پروتئین‌های مهارکننده انعقادی,سقط‌های مکرر,سندرم آنتی فسفولیپید}, url = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_13585.html}, eprint = {https://ijogi.mums.ac.ir/article_13585_42a839790c8fe69cd3bd28be56f1f04a.pdf} }
